First off, I'm having a very hard time understanding this "5 star satisfaction" nonsense that is being thrown up onto there website. It seems there is no way to place my own review on the website like any one of the review's on the website. On top of that, they are claiming 5 star even tho they are given 1-4 star's all over the place on different sites and platforms. So, I decided to test and see how true these review's are and I took it to LockPickWorld myself and had one of my buddies in another state and myself to order a small kit. I made an order for a 21 piece kit and I was met with a 4-5 day wait watching and waiting on tracking "expedited" to even say "shipped" when well, nothing. So after harassing them for day's with email, finely the kit was shipped. Cool, alright. So I wait 3 more day's and it gets here! Awesome. After opening the kit finely, I'm missing a few picks. So with that being said, I had the same experience as most one star's. As far as my buddy goes, his order STILL has not been shipped. This has been an issue I been seeing on many site's like including Reddit since 2017 but some how it seems only 5 star's make it over to the website but not any other one's. That is not how ratings work. LockPickWorld has with out a doubt some cheaper prices but I would NOT recommend the website at all to any one. Pay that extra 10$ on the same kit some place else because at least you won't have the issue's and nonsense with them. You pay for what you get! Here is also a response from them about the review's they claim are not fake.

Hello Chloe. If you instigated a chargeback there is nothing I can do now, you will have to wait for your bank to reverse the fees. If you have not done that, please email me with your order number. We have been trading over 10 years online and have built up a great reputation. Yes, occasionally things go wrong and it takes a bit of working out - that's the same with all businesses, but unless we receive communications from you we do not know what's happening. Answer: Hello - we have four Customer Service agents including two who work weekends. During busy times, there might be some delays of a few days, but we're constantly working to shorten these times. But we've been trading nearly twenty years and without good customer service, I doubt that would be the case.

Hello Dan - this doesn't sound good. You can leave a review on our site if you are a verified buyer, we are always happy to hear feedback. We do indeed have hundreds of five star reviews and a spattering of less stars. Since we deal with sometimes 50 orders a day, that's a lot of customers, and a lot of reviews. Occasionally things do go wrong, mistakes do happen, such as missing picks. We cannot check every set that is sent out. However, we have a dedicated team of customer service personnel who do what we can to make things right. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but if there's anything else we can do to make this right, let me know.
