Poor service. This company kept my money for 5 days before I had to badger them about my order not being shipped. I was told for that no apparent reason a third party company had flagged my order for fraud. I still haven't received a refund on an item they charged $55 but then offered as an add on for $39. I asked them to make it right and yet they refused. And Dangerfield lock picks are terrible as well. Avoid these guys at all rish.
I've had a few minor issues due to product, shipping, and errors on my part. They're always responsive and resolved every issue I had perfectly. High quality people that do better than just making things right.

I was very excited to place an order with this company for a Christmas present for my brother who was interested in getting into lock picking however it has been over a month and I still have yet to receive my order. I emailed in the second week of December and got a prompt reply saying that no guarantees could be made on delivery time but that a refund could be made if desired. As I really wanted to get the product I asked that they continue with the order. After a few more back and forth via email, I was promised the item would ship "in the next few days" starting on December 20th. Obviously, a hectic time with the holidays and the supply chain issues but multiple promises being broken is no way to do business. In my last email, I asked for shipping confirmation by next week or a refund. Still very hopeful to receive the product as the reviews I have read from those who have received it are very good.

I came across LockPick world and figured why not give it a try. Well I am glad I did! I always received my items as stated and everything was perfect. I came across some hard times and needed assistance with returning an item. LockPick world was so helpful and never came across with things like per our policy etc. They were so helpful and understanding. I would choose them over other companies simply because this behavior shows they care about their customers on another level then just sales.

I lost a few little tiny screws from one of the products I purchased. I notified them and they sent replacements in the mail right away. They always respond to inquiries and their product is excellent. Great working with a company that knows how to do business and customer service.

This vice changed things for me. I was used to holding locks in my hand and picking them open. Then I came to my first real deadbolt that I had permission to open (we own the rental building) and suddenly the angles were different, holding the pick and tension wrench was different, everything about the experience was different. This vice is a marriage between the two. It allows one to sit comfortably and even tension with the left or right hand behind what would be a solid door but the angles can be placed just like real-world locks. I cut a strip of leather to wrap around the holding clamps so as not to scratch certain locks I own. I have needed this vice for a long time and am so glad that I now have it. I use it daily. It is well made, well priced and a great buy for anyone who loves to pick locks!

I don't often leave reviews but I felt like I needed to in this case because of how well this company conducts it's business. I purchased a beginner's lock pick set from them a few weeks ago. Not only did the package arrive quicker than I expect but the company went above and beyond to meet my needs. When I had a question that couldn't be answered by staff, the owner of the company took time out of his busy day and reached out to me. Not enough companies actually care about your satisfaction. First off they refused to provide proof of purchase. They accepted my payment but wouldn't give a confirmation number or update my account to show my purchase. It took a minimum of 6 days each for them to respond to my email. The product I purchased became out of stock 3 weeks before I purchased it yet they made no mention of this until after they took my money. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get a refund. Purchase your lock picking products from Covert Instruments. 1000x better experience.

Definitely a great new hobby
Everything is amazing except the smallest lock in the set shot the center spring and driver pin straight out first little push with a hook and very little pressure. Found the driver pin and plastic plug but no luck with the spring. Otherwise I really like and enjoy all the products I purchased.

Love this website. It has everything you could want and need in the lock picking sport. Expect a slight delay for shipping. Other then that, they are fantastic. Definitely expect a delayed arrival though. Would be 5 stars if not such a long wait.
Bought a manual lock pick gun from them... shipping was quick and the company stayed in contact which in this day and age is important. I've been a victim of fraud more than once so doing things online can be a little tense. No problem here!

I ordered the praxis kit and was told to expect delivery between April 1st- April 3rd. It's now April 4th and tracking says the carrier is still waiting on the item to be shipped. I've contacted customer support and they replied by sending me my tracking number which I already had, so not very helpful. I can't comment on the product yet but so far working with this company has not been ideal. Orde US-*******
Hi Thomas, Your parcel shipped on April 2nd by DHLGLobalMail and your tracking shows a delivery date of 04/13/2021. We use DHL for the first part of the journey - parcels are then handed over to the USPS for final delivery. Sorry delivery has exceeded the expected delivery date. There are delays within the postal service due to the pandemic and some customers have unfortunately had to wait longer than usual for standard delivery. Because deliveries have been so badly affected by Covid, we are kindly asking our customers to be patient during this difficult time.
