Hello - we have four Customer Service agents including two who work weekends. During busy times, there might be some delays of a few days, but we're constantly working to shorten these times. But we've been trading nearly twenty years and without good customer service, I doubt that would be the case.

It was quite easy to get hold of them big answered my questions right away

Easy. I talk to them all the time, their lock picking knowledge is for me what separates them from the crowd.
