I ordered a high-end Micropick Elite set from their website on DEC 2 (approx $200). It was to be a Christmas gift. My credit card was charged immediately but as of 10 JAN the order hadn't arrived. Their only method of contact is via email. I had been communicating with them about a previous, less expensive order. When I inquired about this order, they stopped responding to all my emails.

The day after I posted this review I was contacted by a customer service rep, and by the owner. Both were courteous and apologetic about the issues I experienced. My order was immediately fulfilled and the shipping charge was refunded. The items are of good quality and met my expectations.

Tip for consumers:
They have a nice selection of products.
Their only method of contact is via email.

Hello Dave - Your order is on it's way to you. There have been some problems replying to emails simply due to the time of year and the delays reported by all major couriers - which is out of our hands, but has meant a backlog of customer messages. We have a team of four people working on this. I checked your ticket and see it has been replied to over the weekend. Should you not want the item once it arrives, let us know and we'll provide an RMA so you can return it free of charge for a refund. We have also refunded your shipping costs due to the delay. I do understand how frustrating these things are, and offer my sincere apologies. But we deal with hundreds of orders every day, and occasionally delays will occur. We've been trading online for nearly 20 years, in that time there will be reports of delays and problems on various review sites - you'll get that with any business - but nearly three quarters of a million customers got their items on time and are very happy. Send me an email if you wish to discuss this further. I am the owner and your reply will come directly to me.
I also note that you have bought from us twice before, encountered no problems and chose to return the items. I certainly wouldn't make a third purchase from a 'shady business'
