I tried to chat with someone about a computer software problem, and gave CC info for ID purposes( or so they say). It said that there were no charges to your card if you did not accept the "experts" price. It was outrageous and said "No thank you", then I did what I should have done first and called Apple support, who only charged me 19dollars to help me. Now they(LivePerson) have my CC info, and there was a charge on my credit card, be it only for 1.50, i have no idea what it is. I called my credit union today and had the card cancelled and requested a new one. I feel like an idiot even going on that website and giving them sensitive info. BEWARE! That is all I will say

Hi LP team,

I used your website to connect with psychics and i have been charged almost 200 $ extra on my two bank accounts via two email accounts.

This is really not expected from a company as big as live person.

Your customer service person Maxine F has been really unsupportive and has not being agreeing with extra charges been brought on my cards.

I expect all the extra amount charged to be refunded to my respective accounts at earliest.

Guys, show some professionalism, you people have a great business model, but don't con people like this!

You may not believe that some experts have thousands of dollars as pending money (claimed as customer did not pay), imagine this big lie, an enterprise like Liveperson is not able to control paid/unpaid transactions for 30,000 experts or more, it is a very big lie that no one can believe it. And imagine how much money frauds are being deducted from all these hard working experts and some of them are knowledge less as well
I don't encourage any one to work with them at all; because it is something like gambling "as long as you gamble as more the losses are".
