Difficult to understand, her grammar was not fluent. I was making reference to a male feeling about me another male and she kept referring to my situation as if it were a female with a male. Not coherent or answered all my concerns. Inconsistent

Normally, if I am not satisfied with a reading, I will not rate the reader, but I am terribly disappointed with the vague and very confusing reading that I've received. I have re-read this reading a few times before giving a rating, and this is my final conclusion... There was no insight or detail, and I am no more enlightened after the reading than I was before the reading-- in fact, it left me feeling very confused. I did not feel that we have had a good connection, but the reader did not acknowledge this lack of connection, so money was wasted here for me. I will tell you that I have had a reading previously with Destinyteller, which seemed to be better at that time, and it was that reading that made me return. However, I will be pursuing a refund with Kasamba as a result of the poor service in this reading. Was just totally Bogus.

The only difference between a good one and a bad one is the good one is better able to fool a client, or even themselves, they actually have abilities never proven to exist when scientifically tested. If you have a personal problem the counselors on the site actually have professional training and knowledge of how the real world works. If you go to psychics for predictions you are wasting your money and no professional counselor would ever tell you they can do that. They can provide the likely probabilities something might happen once they have information from a client... e.g., a relationship succeed or fail. But no one is totally accurate even in this modest effort. I am a counselor and occasionally get clients who are refugees from psychics. Very sad and it is necessary to re-educate them about how the future cannot be known from the present or gimmicks (Tarot, astrology etc.)

You may not believe that some experts have thousands of dollars as pending money (claimed as customer did not pay), imagine this big lie, an enterprise like Liveperson is not able to control paid/unpaid transactions for 30,000 experts or more, it is a very big lie that no one can believe it. And imagine how much money frauds are being deducted from all these hard working experts and some of them are knowledge less as well
I don't encourage any one to work with them at all; because it is something like gambling "as long as you gamble as more the losses are".

I used your website to connect with psychics and i have been charged almost 200 $ extra on my two bank accounts via two email accounts.

This is really not expected from a company as big as live person.

Your customer service person Maxine F has been really unsupportive and has not being agreeing with extra charges been brought on my cards.

I expect all the extra amount charged to be refunded to my respective accounts at earliest.

Guys, show some professionalism, you people have a great business model, but don't con people like this!

I tried to chat with someone about a computer software problem, and gave CC info for ID purposes( or so they say). It said that there were no charges to your card if you did not accept the "experts" price. It was outrageous and said "No thank you", then I did what I should have done first and called Apple support, who only charged me 19dollars to help me. Now they(LivePerson) have my CC info, and there was a charge on my credit card, be it only for 1.50, i have no idea what it is. I called my credit union today and had the card cancelled and requested a new one. I feel like an idiot even going on that website and giving them sensitive info. BEWARE! That is all I will say

Im not sure what i got but im not sure it was specific to me, just a horoscope reading and stuff about planets and such. I like more details about us not everyone born under my sign or his oh well. Nice guy if it were free just to discuss signs.

Didnt feel any connection at all. I have once used him before and also then it was way off, but tried again to give it a chance due to all the reviews, but must admit there was still no connection. Maybe he is good with some, but just not with me, as it was way off.

Other sites will delete her because she is a scam artist who will not pay for her readings, and file a chargeback! She bragged about this in the past! She keeps coming back to give bad reviews about GOOD psychics like Sonya Starr Angel and Yasmin because she did not like what they had to say (the truth)?. Mae is one of those people who obviously can't handle the truth. It's funny that she is the only one who is slamming these people, it shows that there is something wrong with MAE lol. Her and her army of fake accounts.

ANYWAYS--SONYA STARR ANGEL herself is phenomenal! Her predictions are spot-on and accurate. Also, her spells worked for me! I have used her for years now. I'm sorry but did not enjoy this reading at all or the expense. To slow, not making sense and not comforting at all. Sorry but how I feel.
