Its been a month a have never received my refund. The concert was cancelled. You can not talk to a live person. I've chatted twice and they will say nothing except its being processed. After asking who else I could speak to they ended the chat.
I tried to get a refund for a postponed concert. First, they wouldn't do the refund for tickets I purchased but transferred to my friends' accounts despite having all the information and paying for them using my credit card. It took me two days to get someone to answer my chat, and then the customer service representative literally closed the chat twice because I was looking for information he asked me for and I took a minute to find it. He kept typing "Hello?" despite that I asked him politity to please give me a minute to find that information. Really bad experience, I would try to avoid dealing with them at any cost in the future.
I ordered a t-shirt for my wife's birthday. I alotted two weeks for its arrival. It was late. I had ordered a medium women's, when it finally arrived it was so small it would not fit a small child. I sent 6 emails asking about a return. No response. 3 months later, I get a response. They don't care about us customers at all. You can see by their current rating.
The March 2021 Beth Hart show at the Warner Theatre, DC, was postponed again due to Covid. Per Live Nation's instructions I have sent two emails along with picture of tix I purchased at the box office. Still no response. I ha

C'mon guys, things are stressful enough.
I still dont know how Live Nation / Ticket Master continue to be allowed to be a Monopoly. We do have "Anti-Trust" laws but they must be simply bribing officials? I've been to over 400 concerts, and dozens of Sporting and Theatre Events. Believe me when I tell you, it wasn't always this bad and shouldn't be today.
The fees continue to soar, I just paid over $90 in fees for 4 tickets, AND I can no longer get Hard Copies of my ticket, even though the additional $5 fee is still there. They're also now SCALPERS TOO! They now encourage scalping and get a cut of the "after Market" like some Crime Family getting a percentage. Which makes tickets harder to get and even more expensive. Then there is the Parking Prices once we get to the show.
TM/LN is contributing to the class divide in America, where only rich people can afford to go to a concert or game and get good seats. They are a shameful, greedy blight on society and need to be broken up like all Monopolies were supposed to be!
It's amazing these companies stay in business. Absolutely god awful customer service & staff are all incompetent.
I waited 30 days for a refund. And in the end no refund. Phone line is no longer in service an live chat and no email. Do not use they will steal your money
I bought tickets through StubHub and the event ended up being cancelled. I was notified by Live Nation that the refund will go to the original purchaser. I am the current ticket holder and I paid for tickets. The original purchaser was compensated by me!
My concert date got set to "TBA" 4 months ago. I finally contacted them for a refund, and they said no. Is the concert ever going to happen or is this just a way to steal from people? I don't understand how this is even legal. Stay away from this company at all costs.
I bought a ticket in Nov 2019. Postponed to Aug. 2020 and now Feb. 2021. I no longer live in the state that the concert takes place in. I was told no due to unprecedented circumstance. I could put food in my stomach or gas in my car during this unprecedented circumstance. I will never use this site and they don't deserve any stars at all.
I purchased tickets for Ozzie Osborn in dec 2019. By Jan 2020 the tour was cancelled. Your website says you will refund in 30 days for cancellations. I have emailed and called for six months and no refund. I am waiting for over 300.00 dollars. The automated phone service refuses to give me customer service and disconnects me. It keeps saying I will receive refund 30 days after cancellation. This is false after 6 months I have no refund. I am contacting the attorney general and BBB about this matter
Had tickets to ozzy osbourne concert but it was cancelled due to his health. I received an email within a couple days saying i would get a refund. Oh well, no big deal. But then it occurs to me a couple days ago i don't have that CC anymore, i lost my wallet a while ago (i bought these tickets 14 months ago in my defense). I google it and basically find out that if the original method of payment isn't available that they only have to give you a credit. Fine, i'll take a credit. So i call to let them know. I had to go through two different reps but they both tell me that my i paid a third party named EJ and that i have to collect the money from him, what?! I don't know EJ, never met EJ, had no dealings with EJ, i went to their site and picked out two seats on a map and paid them! Paid Live Nation, which is owned by ticketmaster i didn't even know that btw. There was no record of me paying them, but i have the etickets, why would i have the tickets if i didn't pay? They refused to accept that logic and said insist i have to collect from the guy. Meanwhile paid them 12.50 a ticket, $25 in handling fees, for what? Their role in this was basically do nothing and collect $50, what a business! I'm actually jealous they thought of this scheme and it most definitely a scheme. I'm out of options, there is no way to contact this EJ, it's just a name on an email, an email from live nation mind you, not EJ. I have no recompense other than ranting on the internet and hoping that i deter at least one person. I would not recommend them for anything and if there's ever a class action lawsuit please hit me up! I'm out $380
I went to this concert thinking it was going to be a great experience. This was my first rap concert, and I was fully pumped. We get there and it started from the minute we got out of the car. There was nowhere to be seen a place for Lyft drives to do drops offs, so we pulled to the curb. A man from the security decided to not speak to us respectfully. We hadn't even spoke to him at this time. We get out and he's yelling at us to move, and constantly asking us why we got dropped off there. Then we get into the venue and this is when it starts up. We are all standing there having a great time and security decides to push there way through, even though it wasn't even remotely packed. They pushed us and were very rude with their approach. I saw a a girl and her friend that I knew get kicked out because someone else underage had been drinking. Then my friend had hit her vape a couple times thinking it was okay because she and I have both been to past concerts and have vaped, and were not told that it wasn't allowed. They came up to her and caused and extreme scene. She was vaping and they accused her of using THC (liquid marijuana in a vape pod) it wasn't THC it was vape juice. They continued to state that it was illegal for her to use it because the age to purchase vape products or nicotine in general was 21. They kicked her out for using a vape, even though not even 15ft. Away were other people doing it too. Then maybe 10-15 minutes after that the person on stage told everyone to raise their middle fingers up. So of course everyone did. My friend was waving his around every direction. Then two security officers walk up and try to kick him out because my friend was "offending" security. My other friend talked to another officer and complained that she has never experienced something like this before and was disgusted by how people we being treated. They took what she said and helped our friend get back in. I just want to say that 45% of the security staff were nice, and very helpful while I was there. Like I said this was my first rap concert, but I will not be going back to the Egyptian Room in downtown Indianapolis again because of the way people were treated at the concert.
We bought VIP tickets but it was the complete desaster. Still fighting to get what was promised for this ticket.
Went to Ace of Spades to see Dead South. It was so uncomfortable, gross and sounded so bad that we left before they came on. Deceptive ticket sales: "seat" doesn't mean an actual seat. You stand on the concrete floor packed in like cattle. Seriously oversold, very crowded. Horrible sound system for the 3 marginal openers in the first 1 1/2 hours. Really wanted to see Dead South, but could't take it in there. Stuffy, smelled like cigarettes and vomit, couldn't see the stage. 4 bucks for a small water bottle. Worst ever concert experience. And absolutely no refunds makes for a sure profit. Jerks.
I've never had a bad experience until I started using ticketmaster. First off the fact you buy your tickets but can't look at them until often like half an hour before the event is idiotic. Second the app was terrible and barely functioning so I deleted it and was told I can use their website with my mobile internet, well their terrible amateur website doesn't work on my mobile internet either. Just let us download and view out tickets right away without using your terrible app or website anymore.
They raise the tickets on u before u ck out never in my life I have seen such a ripoff concert site they nee tobe shutdown asap
Do NOT waste your money on star parking at white river in Auburn, WA. Not closer to the entrance, and while it technically does have its own exit, we sat while general parking moved along. Then they forced us to detour. Took an hour to get out of the lot and 5 miles down the road. Oh, and i've tried to post this review on the live nation site multiple times - amazingly, it keeps saying an error occurred, try again later. The more positive review I had about the concert itself posted right away with no issues.
Live nation will make their own rules regarding policies and restrictions regarding venues. I will go out of my way for now on to avoid doing business with them.
I have to buy tickets for my party of 5, but this website only restricts to 4 max! So I decided to buy 3+2 tickets in two steps, after bought the 3 tickets, the price suddenly raised up for the same section of seats! Shame on you live nation!
Answer: Live Nation is just GReedy. Disorganized. Didn't have a clue what to do with ADA/Disabled people like me. They just don't care. Sad. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
