Bought tickets for Sister Hazel. Was just looking for general admission, but the App was confusing enough that I bought GA plus brunch. Called them within 12 hours and told them all I wanted was the GA tickets. I can see if I held the tickets for weeks and then tried to exchange them, but this was less than 24 hours. They said they couldn't do anything and that I could try to sell the tickets on their site. So went to their site only to find that "sell my tickets" isn't available for the tickets I bought. Call back and they say try ticketsnow.com. Can't sell them there either. So you sell me tickets that I can't refund and can't sell. The airlines treat me better.

Horrible
July 20, 2019

Just left Jimmy Buffet concert. This was my 10th Buffet show and this was the worst by far. Buffet was amazing - not his fault. Got into our lawn seats about 30 mins to spare (after waiting in line for 90 mins to get into stadium). There were NO lawn seats left. Then, after waiting 45 min for a $20 vodka/lemonade, still no seats. Ended up standing in the aisle. Horrid. Wont be back after this horrible incident.

Went to purchase tickets and had close to 75% of the ticket prices added on as "service" and "order" fees. These were hidden all the way to check out. In addition, LiveNation asked "If you wanted to protect your tickets" and gave no other information. I clicked yes to get more info and the next screen auto-billed me $50 worth of an insurance policy. Zero warning was given for this bill. LiveNation then informed me that they couldn't get a rebate and I would have to go through an oversees insurance company.

Tickets are available but you can't chose which seats you get - and they give the first customers the worst of the available seats. Right in the middle of a row instead of 6 seats in. And there is no recourse or option to get a better seat. The worst part is that there are no options to get tickets for this show.

I went to see Dead & Co at The Gorge and should have not wasted my money. On Friday the line was so long that I missed the entire first set. The second day I paid an extra 10 and maybe got in quicker but the staff knew nothing as to where the shuttle busses pick you up. I was in a car accident and could barely walk. Went to the box office and they all looked confused. The entire event was so disorganized. I asked a staff member 3 times how to get to gate B and he could not tell me. Sent me in the wrong direction. Finally the gate he was guarding st the General Store a young man drove me to the shuttle in his car and I made the last shuttle to campground both nights. I want a refund

Customer set
June 6, 2019

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with! Unfortunately they are the only ones that sell the concert tickets I'm looking for or else I would never use them. Rude customer service and not willing to help (probably bc they know they don't have due to no competition with ticket sales) website is slow and unresponsive and wait times for representatives are long.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I brought my son to his first concert. Dave Matthews Band! The two men seated behind us were obnoxiously drunk and completely rude to us. This wasn't minor, the men were purposely trying to ruin our evening. Not only did Dos Equis Pavilion (Live Nation) staff move us up to better seating, they also got us free tickets to a different concert. They far far exceeded my expectations in how they handled this. The pavilion has a great set up with amazing staff. I highly recommend going to any type of event here.

While purchasing tickets I had over 3 minutes left to finish my order, I placed my order and was notified that my time had ran up (which clearly still had over 3 minutes left on it) therefore messing up my order. I attempted to order more tickets to be told they were already sold out! I contacted costumer service (who I could hardly understand) for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. Awful experience!

Bought tickets with poor view due to pit and tried to switch it right away and they couldn't help with an exchange. Told me to resell them, ha ha. I paid 97.50 and now can't even get half that. Ended up purchasing new seats now have to eat the cost of the $#*! seats. Oh, the new seats are now cheaper 4 four days later, what a joke. Lost money with Live Nation never again! Horrible customer service borderline crooks.

They are the hustlers, ghetto gangsters and cheats of the ticket industry and everyone at the customers service is going to Hell... they are the most unhelpful, condescending, and stupid customer service people I've ever encountered! They suck! Go through ticket master, Craigslist, or the actual venue to get tickets bc LIVENATION is horrible!

Of late, every time I purchase tickets on the first day of on sale I find better tickets released within a month. And I am not just talking the last minute releases. Why even try to get them on the first day? Such a game. Today they released better isle seats all the way up the sections which they obviously held back on to later entice those who really were not as into going. If and if you called to get those better seats, they charge you for the change. Not cool.

From what I can tell they have sold my e-mail and phone number off. After purchasing the tickets there greedy little site had some 10 nonsense offers like buy $100 food service for $5, or you've won a cruise would you like them to contact you. After closing all these nonsense deals and unchecking everything, within 5 minutes i got a call about my free cruise. The next day I am getting emails from the food delivery service. All this on top of a convenience fee for doing all the work to purchase the ticket myself.

I do not understand how these ticket resale companies are even a thing. It disgusts me how greedy they are. It disgusts me how they sell my info even after I just paid them and said no to there nonsense offer. Hopefully someday these resale companies are destroyed.

I have a rather bad experience ordering tickets for an Ed Sheeran concert. The delivery took over a month, and no way to return the tickets in case of an emergency. It is also not allowed to sell them. Would not recommend

Complaint
July 21, 2018

We arrive for Keith Urban concert on July 20th 2018 at shore line we never had any problem in past but on this day we arrived early for the show. Waited in line almost two hours to get in. At the last minute a guard approached us saying they are going let all AAA members in first witch cause us a delay to get in. Shore line said gates will open at 530pm concert starts at 730pm we able get in at 630pm so we only had a hour to get our shirts food and drinks we barely made it in for the opening act. Then we paid a lot money on tickets and we had stand for entire show. I was really disappointed with shoreline service and the staffs attitude with us just because we were not AAA member. People pay a lot of money to come to your shows treat us with some respect.
