Not Happy at all. If I find my resume. I Will cancel my trial...
This helped me revamp my resume. However it quickly turned into a scam. I paid $2 to download a single copy of my resume. The company mislead me by including fine print on the confirmation email for my $2 purchase that they would begin a "14-day trial subscription."
The company keeps your credit card on file and begins to charge you $25 Per month after 14 days. If you didn't read the fine print of the receipt from your $2 purchase, they will charge your card every month. This sounds innocent, but they also do not notify you or contact you AT ALL once this "subscription" is in place. After I received the confirmation for my $2 purchase in April, they never emailed me again—even once I was apparently a paying subscriber. I belong to several subscriptions and they always send at least monthly email promotions/updates. It's clear they wanted to take my money without me noticing. Unfortunately, I did not notice these charges until they already charged over $100 from my bank account, months later.
Only do business with them if you intend to cancel anything they subscribe you to without your explicit consent and feel confident in your ability to do so.

This site claims to be cheap while charging you extra in the small print. On top of that the unsubscribe button hasn't worked 3/4 times I've clicked it causing me to be charged an extra £36 on top of the cheap £0.99 I paid for a cv. What a scummy company who should be ashamed of their anti consumer practices.

We have a continuous billing feature that charges your account after the 14-day period and every month for the regular price afterward unless you choose to cancel your subscription beforehand. As for the cancellation, we offer multiple ways for our users to able to cancel their accounts whether it is via phone, email, chat, self-canceling directly from the account Settings, or even we can process this for you.

Terrible! Advertise as free then when it comes down to getting your 'free' resume they hold it hostage until you pay. The service is good but what kind of company needs to lie to get customers? Just be up front and honest. Not okay!
