I thought the format and was pretty good, and I completed my resume, but then it turned out I couldn't download it without paying the subscription fee, the 1$ and something cents didn't seem so bad, but after a few weeks, I checked my bank account and noticed Live Career had charged almost 40$, and even tho I didn't use the service for the month, they would not refund my money. It would've been a good product were they not totally ripping people off.

This site is great. Helped my wife make multiple different resumes in different formats and layouts. Paid $1 for a week i think and then 7.99 for one month then cancelled it once we had all the resumes we needed and we were good to go. Took me two second to cancel it online and had no issues with future billing. Highly recommended

I was charged the 1.00 amount fee for me to be able to print and share my resue after building. I was excited to see a decent resume builder for a good price. I cancelled my subscription the day after over the phone. A WHOLE MONTH LATER I see that LiveCareer is tying to charge me another $40.00. This is a month AFTER I have cancelled and stopped using te website. Nowhere on the site does it inform customers they will be chargedthe hidden fee after cancelation. This is a complete scam! I am so unpleased. They wait until you no longer expect to see the charge! I will be making sure I get my money refunded but also to make others aware. Watch your bank statements!
