I was recommended to lose my cotton sheets/pillow cases as it actually absorbs moisture from your skin and switch to silk! What a difference, skin is more moisturized and eczema has completely calmed down. Very pricey pillowcases yet will purchase more!

I have always had satin pillow cases and always wanted to try silk because of the supposedly benefits. I just could never find any at a reasonable price. I got this pillow case. S a treat for myself during a sale to try. I absolutely love it. It is very gentle on my hair (a huge improvement from the satin). I will be buy more of these for myself and gifts

I brought two sleeping caps that have just finally arrived and they are massive they don't even fit my head.
Wish I didn't bother purchasing and wasting my money as it was quite an expensive purchase so definitely not worth it. Bummed that it was made in China very misleading as website said Australia. Should've just got some silk fabric and had a seamstress make it.
Such a disappointment...

I am so spoiled with this silk sheet. These are so soft and comfortable and feel totally amazing on your skin. I love these sheets and purchased a second set to use while one is in the wash. I will not be going back to my 400 thread count cotton sheets any time soon. In love with these sheets.

Good cloth

The blouse is truly beautiful, and well made. The reason I am not rating it 5 stars is because the sizing was way off. I normally wear an XL, but bought an XXL to be safe. I would say this blouse is a US size 14

Love LilySilk

I found lilysilk in 2019 after searching for silk pillowcases. I decided to try them and was pleasantly surprised. The pillowcases lasted about 2 years, 19 and 22 momme are good choices, and pajama is nice too!

Will not authorize return!
September 10, 2020

I received my 22mm pillowcases and used for first time. They had extreme wrinkling. I have many from SLIP and they do not wrinkle. I'm trying to return (I sent a picture) but they keep emailing to iron them and they'll give me points. It's my third attempt and they're still advising me to iron!

I ordered two blouses from this place thinking that this was a reputable place. I spent $230 and I still haven't received my order. There is no shipping information and the tracking number provided doesn't work. I tried emailing LiliSilk numerous times and haven heard back, I also tried calling but the number provided on their website is always busy. This is clearly a scam. DO NOT BUY anything from them they are horrible.

Scam/Not real silk
December 25, 2020

This company lies about the quality of their silk- it is actually satin (50% silk, 50% polyester or other plastic). Real silk is soft and shiny on both sides while this one is rubbery and matte on one side. I also work in a lab and was able to confirm this. I contacted the company and they refunded me 50% due to the 50% non silk component. I opted to refund instead of return because of all the negative experiences with returns stated on this site. Should have gotten a full refund because they totally scammed/lied.

Very bottom line Quality Silk. Not even sure if it is really 100% Silk or some kind of fake Silk. It feels rough compared even to my cotton bed sheets. I have a pillowcase from reputable silk company which i absolutely adore. There is no way you could compare the silk i have and Lilysilk... Lilysilk is just sooo much rougher and worse to touch... Do not recommend.

My old silk pillowcase was wearing out and I was in need of a new one. This one is so much higher quality than the old one that I had purchased a long time ago. It came in a beautiful box and is suitable for gifting for sure! I like that it has a zipper closure so the pillow won't slip out. I know from experience that silk pillowcases are wonderful at keeping your hairdo smooth and does not muss it up. It's also great for your face and for keeping the wrinkles at bay. I can't say enough good things about this one, super high quality! And the cotton backer keeps it from slipping around at night. Perfect!

Quality is very good- sewn well, love the navy blue color, it is gorgeous and seems true to the pictures on website, plan to buy a silk pajama to my hubasnd, definitely a good experience.

FRAUD

This is a sham company that provides no customer service. I received a smelly comforter that is not unusable. They played games for weeks not providing an address to return the item then stopped responding to me. DO NOT BUY from this Company.

LOVE FOR IT

This is probably the best made comforter I have had the pleasure of sleeping under! So well made, nice and substantial - so soft I wish I didnt have to put a cover on it! I'm used to cheap "bed in a bag" comforters, but after experiencing this type of quality, I see what spending a little money can get you! I'm in love!

I love these eyes masks! They stay on the whole time and are super soft and silky and they don't feel like they're swishing my head. And getting 2 for the price of one is a great deal. Love it, love it!

It's silky soft and comfortable. I was ill and my hair became brittle and no amount of conditioner would stop the dryness. I purchased this in hopes to keep my hair from breaking more. I think the hat helps.

Bought a bedspread set for £358.97 from Lily Silk on 1 Dec 2016
It was used in rotation with 2 other bedspread sets.
The fitted sheet started piling/bobbling after 4-5 months. It became uncomfortable to sleep on after 6 months.
Surely decent quality sheets used in rotation with others should bobble that badly after just 7months?
The quilt cover has also started bobbling.
I emailed Lily Silk in June 2017 to let them know about the problem and request refund or replacement for just the fitted sheet.
They refused to refund or replace.
Instead they offered a paltry compensation payment of £35 or discount on purchasing a new set.
Regret spending my money with them and would recommend others think twice before purchasing from them.

I purchased the 19 momme pillow cases and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the silk. It wasn't soft at all and not even as smooth as my cheap polyester satin pillowcases. If you plan to return them you have to pay the international shipping. This is a huge regret buy, never again. Do not recommend.

I placed my first order with Likysilk based on a YouTube recommendation. I ordered 4 tops and 2 bras. The bras were a one size "should" fit all. They were not even close to fitting. The sizing is not consistent because I ordered all the tops in medium only one fit. I'm trying to return the items for my money back. First they had to review my request, they approved my request and sent a shipping label, only to cancel it a day later. They are ignoring my emails now. If you're thinking of ordering from them, you may want to think twice. I'm in the time frame for a return, I requested a return the day the order came after I tried the items on, their return policy they have listed is a lie …. Returns are not easy, if you can do s return at all. I don't recommend ordering from them
