This company has no standard procedures, so each time you contact them, they are guessing about what's the least they can do. Avoid this company. $1,300 for sheets, and after one wash (using Euculan soap and by hand), the fitted sheet is pilling. I contact them, and it takes 18 emails for them not to resolve my issue. They are so backwards thinking. I purchased a SET of sheets. A key part of that set (the fitted sheet) is defective, but I'm still stuck with the flat sheet and pillow cases, while having to go replace the fitted sheet elsewhere because I'll never buy from Lilysilk again. They even have the nerve to offer only a 12% discount to replace the defective sheet (that I purchased in a set).

I had recently had a lumpectomy for a cancer tumor in my breast. This was followed shortly with a month of radiation therapy. What happened to my skin afterwards made everything uncomfortable and difficult to wear. I needed something soft and light. Something to almost feel as if I wasn't wearing anything at all. Today I receive my first package with 4 different products. Ordering was easy, nice and beautiful overview online, also choosing right size, I pay with PayPal as usually. LilySilk products are high quality, not only material but also design and how is sew it up. Size was perfect. Every ordered piece of clothes was very beautiful packed in separate box. Now I`m waiting for second package with Silk Piyamas. Delivered by FedEx in 5 days, but all proces it takes 14 day from order to delivery. According to quality and delivery I can highly reccomend.

I wouldn't purchase from this company again! It is not 100% silk and I doubt it is 40% silk. The shirt is cheap snd looks horrible. The photos that they use to promote their product is definitely not what you will receive. Another deceitful Asian knock off!
I had ordered clothes and other items worth for 3000 dollars. I sended many things back, as I am very tall, almost 6 feet and most of the pyjamas and clothes did not fit me. I sended them back in impeccable, unworn condition with their boxes. Uptil now I have not received my money back, 1850 Euros, more than 2000 dollars, still not after a few months. This is criminal.

I'm a side sleeper and my squished face has recently been holding onto the squish wrinkles from my deep slumber. Love that the silk lets my skin slide around and avoid wrinkles. The cotton underside is great so the pillow doesn't actually slide around. Fun fact, this pillowcase will fit the full size PillowCube for side sleepers.
I ordered 2x2 22 Momme silk pillow cases with zipper closing for a total price of $144.00. I only received 2 and they do not fasten up with a zipper. The fold to enclose the pillow is very small. I also do not believe the items are silk as they are fare too heavy.

Do not buy from this site. They have received my returned items 2 months ago and they still have not refunded my money. It is impossible to get through to someone at this company. The only response I received to my emails was that they will review the issue and get back to me. They do not answer the phone number listed. It's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I spent over $300 and returned the items unworn and with the labels attached. I followed all their return procedures and obtained an RMA number. This company is a scam. Also the silk is rough and the sizes are off, this is why I've returned all the items I had purchased, over $300.
Silky soft and generous fitted sheet for a deep mattress. Love them. When it is hot they breathe so well you can stay covered and not sweat more. Feels great on the skin.
