I WISH I had the foresight to read these reviews before placing my order. They're an absolute scam, untrustworthy business with the WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Not only were the goods of very, VERY poor quality when they arrived but little did I know that was only the start of my problems with this company. I decided to return ALL of the products I purchased save a blue silk scrunchie which was probably the only nice product that came. I launched this return 15 days after I received my parcel. Flash forward SIX MONTHS, let me say that again. SIX MONTHS after launching this return I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! A refund totally more than $450 AU.
The first time round, my returns parcel actually came back! Australia Post citing that the "address does not exist". Does not exist?!?! So I contact their crappy customer service team and ask for an explanation. They blame me, as if I didn't send it to the right address. I send them screenshots of the tracking details and the parcel as proof that it was in fact not my mistake. They tell me to send it again. I say you can't be serious? Do you think I'm daft enough to reship this parcel, spend another $20 to risk it coming back to me?! They say they'll pay for the return postage. I ask to confirm the address. THEY GIVE ME THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS.
I go fine, screw it. I'll ship it again because getting $400 (after paying shipping twice) back is still better than nothing, plus they've said they'll reimburse me. WHAT A MISTAKE.
It's been THREE MONTHS since I posted that parcel a second time and not a peep out of them. No response to my emails. No phone number to call. I may as well kiss that $450 goodbye because I highly doubt I will ever see that money again.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE PEOPLE. They're absolute scammers selling overpriced, poor quality goods who do not return your money. I may have made this mistake, but please learn from mine.
I hate bras, rarely wear them, but these from LILYSILK are the best I've found so far! Will try more silk product!
Questa è la mia prima federa in seta. Questo tessuto naturale è più fresco ed è molto morbido. Mi piace la dimensione perché è andata sul mio cuscino di gommapiuma senza fatica. La cerniera è nascosta ed è di seta su entrambi i lati.
Hice un pedido en esta web de casi 1000 euros, entre mi compra había unos sujetadores de seda talla única, los cual pensé que podían sentarme bien.
Cuando llegó el pedido ( tiempos correctos) me lo probé y no me sentaba bien, me apretaba mucho el pecho, por lo que decidí enviar un email para procesar la devolución dentro de los tiempos de sus términos y condiciones, con mi sorpresa que;
1- yo escribí el email en español y contestan en inglés, gracias que soy bilingüe y pude entender y contestar al mismo.
2- me dicen que los sujetadores no se cambian incluso habiendo escrito el email dentro de las 12 horas, y sin quitar la etiqueta ( hasta las tiendas más baratas te permiten probarte los sujetadores, no todos tenemos la misma figura) - no son unas bragas.
3- para intentar ser amables me ofrecen 1000 puntos, lo que es 10 euros descuento en mi siguiente compra. Sólo los dos sujetadores tienen un coste de 100 euros, me parece un insulto.
Si, tienen unos productos maravillosos pero el servicio es penoso, ya que no estamos hablando de un producto barato que lo dejas en el fondo del cajón.
Sin duda alguna no volveré a usar sus servicios por mucho que me gusten sus productos, si tengo cualquier problema se que no va a haber ninguna ayuda.

Answer: I purchased 1 blouse, first time buyer, and found the quality to be less than acceptable: thin, smells of chemicals, and cut short in the front (I'm 5.7,138, fit build). I find Banana Republic has far better quality silk than this place. I wouldn't pay LilySilk prices for their products.
Answer: It is impossible. They're only reply to emails is automated and they do not respond after that. They do not answer the phone number posted on the site.
