Bought a bedspread set for £358.97 from Lily Silk on 1 Dec 2016
It was used in rotation with 2 other bedspread sets.
The fitted sheet started piling/bobbling after 4-5 months. It became uncomfortable to sleep on after 6 months.
Surely decent quality sheets used in rotation with others should bobble that badly after just 7months?
The quilt cover has also started bobbling.
I emailed Lily Silk in June 2017 to let them know about the problem and request refund or replacement for just the fitted sheet.
They refused to refund or replace.
Instead they offered a paltry compensation payment of £35 or discount on purchasing a new set.
Regret spending my money with them and would recommend others think twice before purchasing from them.
