Fun t-shirt designs (just in time for Halloween!) caught my eye. Ordering experience turned out to be weird. Made 1 online order of 3 tees but then that order appeared twice on my credit card record. When I tried to cancel the second order (via CHAT), not only the 2nd order but one of the t-shirts (the one I originally wanted) was also cancelled! Last week I did receive at least 2 tees of the original but will think twice before ordering from Lilicloth again.
Great! Loved the shirts. However it took two weeks to get. I won't be ordering again unless I can receive in 3-4 days.

There was no choice of shipping methods offered and the shipping time was very long, greater than 15 days, but actually was a month from order.
So many items to choose from! Quick shipping for seasonal items would be nice. The minimum for free shipping does seem too high to encourage me to buy a bit more.
You should offer the proper discount immediately instead of keeping offering a higher and higher one just because we don't order when YOU want us to.
Here in Canada, our sweatshirts are made of thick warm material. What I received were long sleeved t-shirts. The ordering and shipping was easy and great customer service, I was just a little disappointed in the thickness of the "sweatshirts".

Once the last item was received we examined them but determined some were too large. Attempted to exchange but they do not accept exchanges, which they consider a return, after 15-days. Have no further plans to purchase from them ever again.
