Shipping is amateur. Product is excellent.

You didn't reveal types of shipping until after the order was finalizing. There was no warning that you only offered 15 - 20 BUSINESS day shipping- no expedited shipping was available even paying extra for it as I would have. The Christmas gift I ordered 2-1/2 weeks BEFORE Christmas arrived 2 weeks AFTER Christmas.

Really nice products BUT...It takes FOREVER to receive. It can take THREE WEEKS or longer. I cancelled items because they were on backorder with no date when available. Customer service was easy to reach and refunded quickly.
