I did not receive any help with my order. I received the wrong shirt. The one i ordered had fleece at the cuffs and was lined in fleece. The details even indicated that. I could not get anyone to admit you sent the wrong shirt. I will not order again and have told my friends about this awful experience.

I like the variety on the beautiful website, but I don't like that I am ordering from overseas. My order took too long to arrive, and I don't believe returns are actually possible. I may be wrong on that last part, but it's enough of a worry to make me hesitate from ordering anything again. Also, the sizes ran a little small.

The ordering process was smooth; however, had I known the delivery of both items I ordered would take so long to be delivered, I more than likely would not have placed the order. Both items were a Christmas gift for someone and I was not able to give them their gitfts until after the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw upon my first viewing of your products. I ordered a couple of novelty sweatshirts for my daughters. I also ordered a teeshirt for myself. I had planned to give the sweatshirts to my daughters for Christmas, but they didn't arrive until after Christmas was over. They were also not sweatshirts, but were made from the same material as the teeshirt that I ordered for myself. Also, the sleeves of the shirt that I ordered for myself barely covered the top part of my shoulders, instead of reaching down to mid bicept as most T-shirts do.Over all, I was dissapointed with the whole transaction, but I'm going to chalk it up to the luck of the draw. I will probably not be a return buyer.
