I bought several sweaters of different sizes for me and my daughters: S, L, and XXL and they were all true to size. I was a little disappointed in the shipping time since it arrived after Christmas but very happy with products although I thought it was a pillow I was ordering and not a cover. Maybe I didn't read it well. I do like products. A little high I think in cost but overall I'm ok.

Loved the selection, but getting a gift for someone who needed a bigger size, I discovered two things. 1) There seemingly isn't an exchange policy, only a return policy, and an option for "live 24/7" chat listed, with no hyperlink to a chat, so they're listing a option that doesn't appear to exist.
Not satisfied with the two shirts i bought at all. One was an XL and only size left so I got it because I really liked it even though I usually wear L. The second one I bought was my size. When they came the L was too big and the XL was very tight, which doesn't make sense. The return policy isn't long enough and a lot of instructions and things must do so too much trouble. But I won't make that mistake again and buy from a company not familiar with.

When i ordered i was told i would have products in 10 to 14 days which meant i would have them in time for xmas not so i got them strung out till 1-12-23 so 1 montn and 2 days fromb order date.Then i canceled one shirt in cart and choose another which thier cart did not change so i was stuck with 2 of the same shirts on my end it showed cancelled but i guess not on thiers. Wasnt happy at all for 25.00 for the same thing then the return was such a hassle i threw the extra one away.

Products of good quality, although one of the five items was the wrong size (bag labelled 2xl- garment was 3xl.) Shipped in 3 different stages, but made even slower (took 1 month, 1 day total) by using the worst courier known to man- Evri, aka Hermes. Change the delivery company!
