Shipping from China

I bought several sweaters of different sizes for me and my daughters: S, L, and XXL and they were all true to size. The prices were reasonable (some were very cheap) and the quality of the material was quite good. The only downside is that they ship from China, and it takes around 3-4 weeks to arrive. I would not recommend it if you needed the items by a certain date.

I was a little disappointed in the shipping time since it arrived after Christmas but very happy with products although I thought it was a pillow I was ordering and not a cover. Maybe I didn't read it well. I do like products. A little high I think in cost but overall I'm ok.

I ordered the shirt on 11/30/2022 as a Christmas Present. It arrived on 1/13/2023. Mind you, we are talking about a T-shirt! These people sell overpriced products that are not in stock. The shipping cost is high. The quality is just average. Don't do it!

Loved the selection, but getting a gift for someone who needed a bigger size, I discovered two things. 1) There seemingly isn't an exchange policy, only a return policy, and an option for "live 24/7" chat listed, with no hyperlink to a chat, so they're listing a option that doesn't appear to exist.

I learned my lesson

Not satisfied with the two shirts i bought at all. One was an XL and only size left so I got it because I really liked it even though I usually wear L. The second one I bought was my size. When they came the L was too big and the XL was very tight, which doesn't make sense. The return policy isn't long enough and a lot of instructions and things must do so too much trouble. But I won't make that mistake again and buy from a company not familiar with.

Getting order from Liticloth

When i ordered i was told i would have products in 10 to 14 days which meant i would have them in time for xmas not so i got them strung out till 1-12-23 so 1 montn and 2 days fromb order date.Then i canceled one shirt in cart and choose another which thier cart did not change so i was stuck with 2 of the same shirts on my end it showed cancelled but i guess not on thiers. Wasnt happy at all for 25.00 for the same thing then the return was such a hassle i threw the extra one away.

Lilicloth attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

THESE ITEMS WERE FOR CHRISTMAS WHEN PURCHASED SHOWED THAT THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED WELL BEFORE 12/25. THEY ARRIVED ON 1/10/23. I DESERVE SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS. I HAD TO BUY TWO CHRISTMAS PRESENTS AT THE LAST MINUTE TO REPLACE THESE. NOT A GOOD WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

Products of good quality, although one of the five items was the wrong size (bag labelled 2xl- garment was 3xl.) Shipped in 3 different stages, but made even slower (took 1 month, 1 day total) by using the worst courier known to man- Evri, aka Hermes. Change the delivery company!
