For some reason my initial order failed. I reordered a Tshirt to give as a gift. I ordered an extra large for a man who wears a large. The shirt does not even cover his torso. It is too tight and too short. He will not be able to wear the gift. This is disappointing.

Packaging and speed of delivery were great. One item was fine, the other was unfinished - unsewn around armholes and at bottom. Poor quality.
When purchasing this, it was not clear that this was a custom ordered item. I was under the impression that this was an in stock item. The quoted processing time was 5-7 business days. After following up at 10 business days, I was told that the item was delayed and that I should expect another week of processing before the item was shipped. Also the sizing runs small for USA persons. My wife can normally wear a L in this type of shirt, ordered an XL so that it would fit big. Needed XXL for it to fit big. All in all, the product was fine, but fits a bit smaller than expected.

My overall complaint about this experience was how long it took for the merchandise to reach me. I ordered a week before Christmas, and although it was unreasonable to expect delivery by Christmas, I did think I would get it before the year ended. But it turned out to be 2 weeks into the new year before my stuff showed up in a Sunday delivery.
I wish I had a choice for expedited shipping.

I ordered this shirt for a Christmas present well before Christmas. Christmas came and went, no delivery. Correspondence from Lillicloth was nonexistent at best. Package was finally delivered January 17th.
I ordered 3 shirts from Lilicloth, November12, as gifts for Christmas. I wanted to make sure they arrived on time. They shipped quickly, arriving Dec. 6th and I wrapped them and waited for Christmas. Two of the shirts fit perfectly and are indeed quite nice shirts. However, the third one did not. The cut is not correct for a XXL shirt, it is straight and the sleeves are very small around. The shirt ended up being too small, I just barely found out, and was anxious to exchange it for another one that would fit. I found out there is no phone number to contact Lilicloth, and the online chat is at first a robot, then a chatbot. So the chatbot told me that I can't return it because it is past the 30 days, then the chatbot tells me that actually the return policy on that shirt was really 15 days, so sorry. "please so kind understand" this is a horrible policy - Especially when dealing with the holidays! Very Very frustrated with their lack of customer service

I loved most of your items but none are made to fit me! I bought for family members! I gave a 3star rating simply for the long time receiving my items AND they were staggered in receiving each item with spacing the items received!
