I placed an order for 4 shirts on December 1st, expecting to get them in plenty of time for Christmas. I chatted with someone from the company a few days prior to Christmas and he could not tell me when the items would be delivered. All he knew was that the warehouse was backed up and items had not yet shipped. I expressed my displeasure, so he offered a 10% discount once I am in receipt of the items. Well... I received 2 of the shirts on 29 December and the other 2 on 13 January. I notified them I had received the items and was expecting my discount. As far as I can tell, I have not received the promised 10% refund. I will NEVER order from them again.

So far my card is secured. Product delivery is slow and recommend ordering 1 size larger than what you actually are (e.i. If you are L get XL).
The ordering process was straightforward and the part I most appreciated is that I was able to have gift shipped directly to my son-in-law's parents who live in France.
I was told I had a discount coupon, but the page with the discount on it disappeared when I went to put the t shirt in the cart. Missed out on the coupon.
