It was a little disconcerting that I didn't receive an order acknowledgement with an expected delivery or ship date. I bought several T-Shirts. It would have been nice to receive an order update. So far I've received 2 shipments - one with 3 T-Shirts and one with 1 T-Shirt. I believe I'm still due 2 or 3 more. But without an order acknowledgement it's hard to tell.
Choosing the items I wanted and paying for them went well. It seems it took a little more time to receive them than I would have liked.
