First time shopper...and might be the last. I ordered a size M ad was sent an S...I called and was told I could not change as the order had already been shipped. I called within minutes of placing the order trying to make the change. This was NOT fair to me. I will think twice before ordering anything from you again. I bought a t-shirt for my husband for Valentine's Day at least 2 1/2 weeks prior to the holiday. It didn't get there in time. Then it didn't fit (he always wears an XL but this was too small). Not only did I pay for shipping to me, I had to pay for return shipping ($14.31) as well. Then I had to get permission to return it. They told me it would take 2 weeks til I got my refund. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't received it. Even if/when I get it, I'll have spent $25 just for shipping charges. I finally went to Amazon and found the exact same shirt: it was less expensive and I didn't pay for shipping either way w/ my Prime membership. I received my shirt within a couple days. Go w/ Amazon--Lilicloth is a bad joke.
I ordered 13 products that looked great on their website but when they arrived in 2 separate packages late, I realized the reason that they were low in price was the quality. Basically, you get what you pay for and the quality of these T-shirts and ball caps is cheap, and flimsy, they do not reflect the quality that the website shows.

I ordered several t-shirts and although they were ordered in the same size, they were not. They are all a small XL size. Meaning I don't feel they are a true XL size. The return policy is not customer friendly. I'm tempted to send them all back to you not expecting a refund.
