I really like your products and they are well-priced. However, I ordered a couple of Xmas presents a week in advance of the holiday, was notified on December 26th that the order was outsourced, but would be shipped, but they did not arrive until the 2nd week in January! I realize that during this pandemic there can be delays, but both the timing and the long delay was really excessive. Offering a discount on future orders does not really address the inconvenience and makes me reluctant to make future purchases.

Colours in pics are not true to the real product. Pink in T shirt too bright. Neckline on MissLook Tshirt small, mauve abstract flowers print is raw finish NOT hemmed around. Chest size on greenish multi coloured Miss Look XL shirt- sleeves are extra extra long whereas the chest/bust size is OK. These will be heading to an Op shop as not wearable & TOO EXPENSIVE to return from Perth Western Australia. T Men's T shirt are fine.

I bought my skirt here. The girls were very helpful with their service. I chose the long design red color. It was amazing, it was perfectly shaped.
When there are several promotions offered and one becomes more desirable than the next it's hard to switch and know which ones are viable for that particular order and which ones aren't. So it ends up taking a long time to decide which deal I want and which deal is applicable and you also don't advise about the shipping until you get to the very end when that's a major part of my decision.

My T shirts were all supposed to be XL. All 4 were a different fit... when washed only 1 fitted comfortably. Will probably give the other 3 away. I am a normal size 74kg male so XL should have fitted into XL quite easily.
