One of the lights arrived perfect. The other was dented in shipping. But we put it up anyway as it wasn't too awful and we were desperate for lighting in our dining area.

Ordering was a breeze and product was exactly as described. Canopy lights were fantastic for our application and the shipping was on point. Great transaction!

I had a problem with the light and call to customer service resulted in an immediate response. They contacted the light company and a replacement is on the way. Very satisfied.

I was told via on site chat what led driver to purchase but the product but it was incorrect. Customer service failed to help or even attempt to make it right.

Over all everything was efficient and the lights were the same as what I replace - if the delivery company would call the day before or the morning of delivery that would be great

I placed an order with Lightup.com for 2 LED panels. I received them promptly. This was a test to see it this panel would work in the area I need to light up.
I then order ten more of the LED panels and some Earthquake Clips with Suspension feature. The clips would allow me to suspend the light from the ceiling. After a month of placing two phone calls and emails all stating that the clip where on backorder, I became concerned I was being yanked around. On the first of November, I called and told them to send the LED panels and refund the clips. That's when the miracle happened. They found the clips in a warehouse and were shipping them and the LED Panels.
When I received the clips, they were the wrong clips. They had sent the same clips that come with the LED Panels. I called and inquired about returning the clips to get a refund. I was asked to send an email with photos for the wrong product. I did. Explaining I only wanted to return the clips for a refund. I had pictures and part a number. I get an email back asking if I want to return the LED panels. Nowhere did I say I wanted to return the LED panels. I sent another email stating that. A week when by with no response so I call again. They did email me a shipping label, and I sent the clips back. I get an email stating they are charging me a restocking fee of $ 8.49. REALLY! You are charging me to restock something you sent to me that was wrong in the first place?

I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Ordered and it came within a couple days. My electrician said it was super easy to install - and he was done in 5 minutes. Appreciate it was made in the USA.

I like the product and it worked great.
The packaged came damaged and when opened, it was not filled or supported inside. This was not a shipping problem but a packaging problem

If you do not like the lamp you purchased and it's on clearance from them then you get zero reimbursement and if you return they will charge you for the shipping.

This solar lamp is of good quality and the battery is durable, the truth is that the battery lasts 5 days without charging. I am very satisfied and I recommend it.

Perfect for a room that needs different lighting options in the same room

Shipping took longer thank expected - thankfully we were not in a rush for these items! We did appreciate that we were not billed for the items until they shipped.

Overall the experience was seamless, however the shop light was damaged. I kept it because it was a shop light and dod not want the hassle of sending it back

The bulbs I ordered were very reasonably priced. The bulbs were very well packed and arrived in a timely manner. The cost of shipping was almost as much as the bulbs themselves.
