Some of the items are just perfect! And others, like some mini dresses in small are baggy and look like night gowns. Items are priced well. Quality is fine for daily casual wear.
I recently purchased two XL shirts from LightInThe Box and only one of them fit correctly. I completed a questionnaire and advised of the issue. However, instead of offering to exchange the shirt for another size I received a $.80 credit towards a future purchase. That was total BS and I will not purchase from them again.

Whatever product that I order from Light in the Box always surprises me of its great quality. The price is the icing on the cake.
Every time that I order from Light in the Box I am pleased with the products. They are unique and well fashioned.
Of the 4 products I purchased, one was garbage. Took forever to ship and receive
The only 3 problems I have ran into are times of deliveries & if I put in more than 1 order they always have a problem! As to what's on ordered! I've recieved at least one item I did not order & they show my white shorts with double Red Scalet macaws on them they show delivered & I have not recieved them but have paid for them in fact I just ordered another white pair & a black pair! So I'm still sitting here with my great looking white lien shirts & pants but is it all worth the time & problems with some of the products don't look like the quality of your website cloths! Especially those rayon shorts they look tougher like Kaila or cotton! I like my shorts but I don't like the way you show them on you sales & website! You asked & I have responded! & I will be doing other buying but I will never order a t-shirt! I prefer the lace ups & button up TEEs are for kids & im a senior & I doubt if anyone over the age of 30 would be buying tee-s! After 1 order i tried to return. I was told not to return it to shipping. Okay get that but no address was supplied. Also was told to send to Asia. No address. Sent all of the first two orders taped together to the address that answered once in California. With a signed an receipt on acceptance. I didnt think their sizing was right.
I have 1 pkg to return. I do have 2 i ordered different sizes. I am hoping my credit card gets credited with in a reasonable amount of time. I do like your fabric options and style.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
