I have notified the lightinthebox cutomer service that my order was not delivered when they said it was. The replay i have received which is identical in every way, twice received is for ME to check where the package is. They take no notice that the package is not here. They will NOT acknowledge my request for a refund. They will NOT acknowledge any other request other than to tell me it is MY responsibility to check where my package is. My great surprise, is the government customs! It wasn't include in the final price! There a good difference with a local product price. But, the quality of product and delivery is there.

I ordered a biking shirt (mens) and a bike shirt with matching pants (women's). I took into account the sizing chart and ordered 3 sizes larger than what I would use in the US. The material is extremely CHEAP, AND PATHETIC. When I contacted them, they said I was outside the "7 day return" - OMG, it took 3 weeks to get it! They wouldn't do a return or a replacement. When I called and emailed, I talked to a person who can barely speak the english language and it basically ends with "so sorry... there is nothgin we can do". GOODBYE TO MY MONEY - GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER OUTSIDE THE US - THIS IS CRAP AND THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABLITY FOR OUR PURCHASES OR REFUNDS FOR SUB-PAR MERCHANDISE.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
