I have been a customer of LITB for years. Their items are quality and prices are great. They have a great customer service and marketing team as well. If there are any issues, they are handled in a timely manner with grace, humility, and empathy. LITB is about doing what is best for the customer. They care and we as customers matter.
I bought a shirt for my nephew and told him he would stand out in a crowd whenever he wore it. He loved it.
Great fit and color was just as expected. Just a bit disappointed that the fabric was heavier than appeared, was expecting satin.
There was plenty of items to select from. I was leary about sizing charts from previous experiences with other sites but this one was spot on. I enjoyed the customer reviews. They prices are awesome. Shipping took a little while but that's okay as I had plenty of time to receive it for my upcoming trip. I'll be shopping with you again.

The clothes were not the kind of fabric that it should be it was cheap spongy type fabric on the sweatshirts I ordered and they were not nothing like what they looked in the picture that they displayed and they would only give us part of our refund back f*** China

I was very impressed by the products I ordered, did not expect the quality I got. I inured for such a low price it wouldn't be good. It was perfect and warm.
Before I ordered my stuff for my trip to Hawaii I looked and the shipping and delivery time. (Not what they said it would be) then one of the items they took off and said I would get a refund nothing as of yet now the items is back on the shelf
I'm not happy cause my stuff that I was to take on my trip won't be here until I'm in Hawaii.
Will I order from them again definitely not!

I really liked the head wrap for my hair, I used it after washing my hair and it absorbed the water instantly.
Ordered 2 dresses both were made of very poor quality material so decided to return for a refund. After several emails from them trying to offer me vouchers instead of a refund I confirmed I wanted to return them only to be advised that I would have to pay for a non refundable tracked postage to either China or Asia. Total rip off company selling poorly made goods with no customer service.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
