Sizing is off, I followed measurements and even went up a size and still too small.
Quality, fabric on some items was awful. Black dress sewn with white thread. Soft jacket was so uneven I could not even fake it so it looked good.
Shipping was cheap, however I was also charged a "shipping service" fee. What!?!?!?!
The items I want to return, they asked me to take photos for proof and asked me to measure each garment. Really! And now, they do not have a US return facility, therefore I have to send my items to China at my expense. This is all just unbelievable to me.
Membership fee - never agreed to becoming a member, $20.00. Need that refunded.

I have ordered goods from your company several times and I find that the goods correspond to the price. Can't afford to think that the sent goods are perfect because the price is relatively low. Some goods have been very pleasant, but some not so much. Loved the bath curtain and some sweaters and the blazer. The colors on two dzempers were too bright, not as advertised.

When I tried to return, I got a run around of offers for "quick return" options that all involved keeping the poor products for only a portion of the price I paid. Obviously this did not interest me! The final solution was to allow me to do a return, but for the fee of paying shipping a second time. So, I get to pay more money now just to get my refund, for an order I am needing to return because their products are absolutely nothing like the pictures they falsely advertise. Save your money and shop at a real store or a trusted, professional, online source!

The customer service is amazing. The items i have purchased have always been exactly what i expected. Some items were more than what i expected as well. I have tried other sites like this and was very disappointed in the items i received. This shop is really worth it.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
