They always have a great selection in all the categories. Love their flash sales. The majority of items are of good quality for the price. I also like the regular shipping updates telling the exact stage and when to expect delivery.

I purchased a dress for our office christmas party. When the dress arrived it was too small. I followed the instructions of the website to do an exchange not a return. I received a response from the company that they don't do refunds for custom items. Well I did not order a custom dress, i ordered a size off the rack. I did not put in ANY of my measurements! There is a button underneath my product that you have to check and information that has to be completed if you want a custom order. I DID NOT DO THAT AT ALL! So please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. So if i could give them a negative review I would.
Since my previous review the team at Light in the box did reach out and attempted to offer.a resolution to my situation. They offered to refund 50% of the cost of the dress and they allowed me to keep the dress. With this being done it allowed me the option to have the dress altered and hopefully it will fit properly once/if this can de done. I honestly appreciate this and will give this company another shot. Therefore that is why I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star.

I have ordered many products from LightInTheBox and although I was wary at first, I became pleasantly surprised. They seem to be testing all the products they sell to make sure they aren't defective, the ads for the products are detailed, and if you need more information you can ask on the site. I usually get replies within two days. The shipping time has gotten faster over the last two months with some products arriving two days after I've ordered. All in all, I am happy with this site, will continue to shop there, and trust them to involve themselves in questions and returns regarding orders that don't turn out to be what I wanted.
Ein übersichtilcher shop, viele günstige preise einfach überwältigend... super tolle produkte, einfache und eine sehr sehr große auswahl an mode un d anderen artikel und der bezahlvorgang war auch sehr einfach gewesen...die bestellung ging auch schnell und sehr einfach und die lieferung war auch sehr gut.
