Not just a way to have personal coaching at an affordable price, but a game changing experience for me. I'm only 6 months in and already like myself and my world better. It does take personal effort and commitment but I feel like I'm going someplace now, not just working hard to keep my head above water. Don't understand why other people couldn't figure out cancelling - there's a link with the welcome email for just that purpose. But, some people need therapy, not coaching.

“Scam”

I paid for a 7 day trial membership and was never prompted to create a user name and password so I'm unable to access my memeship. I've tried the create a new password through the new password link but I never get an email. And when I try to message them from the contact us page on the site the message is never sent. I'll have to cancel my bank card in order not to be charged the full price of the membership. This is pretty much a scam.

Hi Darcy,
I am sorry that you have not seen the e-mails we've sent on how to access your account. The membership you signed up for is a 30-day trial, not 7 days, so you still have plenty of time to evaluate the service. Please e-mail me directly at admin@lifecoach.com so I can provide you the e-mail address you provided to us to which we have been sending information. You can cancel before the 30-day trial ends without issue. Again, please use the e-mail address which I have provided and which is also listed on our website. Then, I will be able to re-send the access information so you can access everything on your account. Again, I am sorry for this inconvenience.
Warmly,
Tracey

I tried to cancel five days into the 7-day trial period. I couldn't find any way to cancel my subscription on the website, so I used their "contact us" form. They still charged me the $19.95 at the end of the 7 days. I immediately responded with an email pointing out that I had canceled before the 7 days were up, and asking for reversal of charges. After 5 days, there has still been no response.

As far as I can tell, and given what others have reported, the "Try us for 7 days, cancel at any time" promise is a flat out lie.

I signed up for their $1 for one week offer. Yes, I gave them my credit card information. After a few days, I knew I wasn't interested. I searched their website for a clear means to cancel the membership only to discover there wasn't one. There was an email contact. I emailed them. They never responded. I then searched & found a phone contact. Not an 800 # so I was charged for the phonecall. There was no one to answer the call. After leaving a message I did not receive a call back. After another round of emails I once again called the. This time I did get a hold of an actual person. She said she would cancel the membership but could not refund the past charges. I just received another charge on my card for $19.94 I have been charged $19.95 a month for five months & still can not get my membership canceled. Stay Away from these people!
