I've had this piece of crap for three months!
They've tried repaired five times and it still does not work. I've been waiting two weeks for somebody to call me to let me know if they're gonna replace it or give me my money back? Customer service sucks I would not recommend buying anything from this company. If I could give it a negative score I would.
A dishonest organisation. Bought a TV that costed $1000 and it broke down after 10 months. Tried to put through a warranty claim and they tried to get out of their responsibility. The TV'S screen is black when being turned on and they said that I have damaged the TV therefore warranty is voided. An absolute joke. For such a brand they are trying to cheat consumers over a $1000. Will bring this matter to Consumer Affairs.
I purchased a washer and dryer, refrigerator. The dryer didn't work out of the box and it would have taken them 2 weeks to get me a new one so I return that. After having the refrigerator less than 2 weeks it froze our food then didn't keep everything cold. Calling lg is a joke we had 2 service techs set up and they never showed. This is the first time I have bought lg and will he the last. I'll go back to Samsung
I bought a refrigerator 5 years ago which at first impression is u. Beautiful appliances, the headache is that during this time I had to change 3 compressors since they are of very poor quality, the refrigerator alone cost me almost 3500 and changing the compressors cost me another 3000, so if you think When buying one of these appliances, think carefully since they are beautiful on the outside but really bad.
My four year old 55 inch LG smart TV has required repairs five times so far. Luckily I bought a 5 year warranty. However, I do not recommend the warranty either as they require you to call them for a work order #. (This last time I was on hold over an hour waiting to speak to a customer service rep.) They document your issue.
They send you a box. You box up the TV take it to UPS and send it to the factory. They repair the TV and UPS it back to you. This can take 2-3-weeks. NOT worth the trouble. MY Samsung TV has being going without any problems for over 10 years. I will not buy another LG product.
LG needs to discontinue and stop selling refrigerators! Our fridge lasted barely a year before giving out. Every technician I have contacted has said LG is the worst and not easy to fix. They are known for their compressors going out and are too expensive to replace. I will never buy LG again and they should not be allowed to continue production especially at their outrageous prices
We bought all new LG appliances, including a washer and dryer. Right away we started having problems. The freezer drawer had ice around the seal and when we open it - ice falls on the floor. They sent a guy out to repair it, but he only made it worse. LG said they'd refund our purchase price within 6 to 8 weeks. We are still waiting on the refund several months later.
The "paint" on the bottom of our new LG oven started to bubble and peal off. They sent a guy out with some paint that didn't match and it looks worse now than it did. They said they'd send us a refund... again still waiting.
The numbers on the new LG microwave are flickering. We notified LG... no one came to look at it and they've stopped responding to us. Don't buy LG appliances, they don't stand behind what they sell.
Marlon, he was great from the time he walked through the door. Unfazed by the mess another vendor had made of my tv. Professional and offered suggestions on how to improve layout of our tv. I would highly recommend him.
I spent almost 12 hours on the phone so far and have spoken with over 30 people trying to get a compressor covered under warranty that they agree is under warranty. There are no repair people that will work with LG because "they don't get paid". They will not send me the part and state that only a tech can order it but the cannot provide a tech that will. This is total crap. Never LG again. I would not buy an LG pencil.
I do not recommend any LG product, let alone a washing machine. I bought a machine last October 2022, and less than 10 months after purchasing it, it is totally rusted. I called customer services because I supposedly had a one year warranty with the manufacturer and they told me that this was cosmetic damage and that it was not covered by the warranty. It seems to me a lack of respect to the customer who pays so much for this product. I do not recommend their products and their service is very poor.
I have purchased top load fully automatic washing machine in 2018 in warranty period it works fine but after warranty period in till now in almost 3 years my machine has gone under repair for 6 times i think lg has not looking towards its product quality

"Purchased a 75inch UHD smart TV ( not cheap) and after 2 years of moderate use it had a blue hue to the picture. As time (3 months) went by it got worse. Did my research and found that LG used defective LED strips from a company called Vestel and it is a common complaint from thousands of LG TV owners. Contacted LG customer service ( A real joke there) and they refused to do anything about it even after acknowledging that the LED strips were indeed defective! I asked them as a customer service option, make on offer at a reasonable price to replace the TV and they refused. They were dismissive and could care less about your concerns This is NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Horrible
I wish I could give LG a negative review. We had a brand new house built and bought all LG appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher). We were advised to get the extended warranty since we heard horror stories about LG products. Our dishwasher had to be completely replaced after 2 years since it just died one day. We've now had the appliances 4 years and the oven class door just shattered one day and needed to be replaced. And now the fridge just died. We kept calling Best buy to get it fixed and they outsource their repairs so 2 appointments later and 2 weeks without a fridge they refuse to replace. I remember my grandmother's fridge last my entire childhood. What happened to the kenmore appliances that literally last our entire lifetime. Now we are lucky if these pieces of junk last 3 years. Disgusted by LG and their crappy products.
Do not buy LG products. They do not support customers after the sale. I'll never buy again! Shame. I purchased the product, it failed, I lost everything in the fridge raider and freezer. I had to find my own service person that person was luckily a LG repair service person LG then took credit for finding them for me which they did not and then to reimburse me for my food loss they gave me $150 there's nothing that $150 can do to help reimburse you for all that food loss. They promised to call me back three separate times to discuss with no follow up calls all they did was tell customers what they want to hear to get them off the phone. I will never buy another LG products again which is sad because I've always been a huge supporter. I have thousands of dollars of LG electronics, and they show no loyalty to customers that were loyal to them.
Horrible experience i have with lg...i bought a fridge from lg 1 year 3 months ago...now the cooling system is not working...the mechanic is asking for 3000 to fix the fan... literally extreme harassment i faced from lg.no help is getting from them...
It took forever for new refrigerator to be repaired. Thank goodness we had another fridge in the garage. Customer service is outsourced. Had to call regarding a shipment of filters that did not arrive. Took 20 minutes to go through various channels and then the call was dropped, so I had to go through the same nonsense again.
Purchased a tv on 10/16/22 scheduled delivery was cancelled 8 or more times. Cancelled order 11/22/22. Have yet to receive refund 12/30/22. They have used my $ 1309.80 long enough. Send refund! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Many, Many calls & emails to both trucking company & LG. I am so disgusted with both.
Warranty issue worst customer service ever. Absolutely unbelievable how they clearly give you the runaround until you are worn out and exhausted from speaking to numerous people over weeks no one has any idea what you're talking about it's like you're the first customer they've ever dealt with and the first time they've ever had to deal with the warranty or anything for that matter. In 2016 I bought 3 piece kitchen set from LG. The refrigerator motor had to be replaced under a class action lawsuit, the ice maker has been replaced 3 times at my expense. The motor on the oven had to be replaced in 2020, paid for by LG and now 2 years later the motor on the oven needs to be replaced and LG is refusing to pay for it. All of these repairs in basically 5 years, I'm on a first name basis with the repairman. Never buy LG Customer service was ok, but just kept saying no.
Will never buy another LG TV again. Claims "smart TV" yet simple apps such as HBO can't be downloaded. A waste of money, spend an more extra $50 to buy any other brand or go with a cheaper "fubo" that can do it all. LG sucks.
Answer: They have dangerous appliances, and refused to reimburse us for the repair of an almost new (but over 1 year old) oven that was clearly a manufacturing defect (see image.)
Answer: THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SEND OUR REFUND AFTER PROMISING WE HAD SENT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.
