On Friday, August 19,2022, after sending all of the required and requested information to LG, we were advised "Great News!...our $809.99 refund has been approved." We never received our refund. Then on Saturday, October 1,2022, we received a text message advising "...you have received a refund." We did not receive the refund. On April 19,2023, I sent a letter via UPS to Thomas Yoon, President & CEO, providing all of the text messages, which included confirmation our $809.99 refund had been approved. Then today, I get a text message advising "...Please note that your refund will be delayed unless all information is collected and matches what I have provided to you in this message." So, even though I provided ALL the required information, received confirmation they have received all of the required information, they expect me to resend everything to them. They are liars! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LG! Plus, it's apparent, I am not the only customer who has been shafted by this corporation since they have such a low rating. If I could have given NO STARS, I would have!

We signed up for BI-WEEKLY MOWING, as this is actually one of their options. Why, I'm not sure because after they mowed ONE TIME, the next time they were at the property, which is a rental, they send me a text message, advising, we need to do this, that, and the other thing to the tune or $181 (can't remember exactly, but it was $180+), and they stated "REQUIRED SERVICE." All we want is for the lawn to be mowed bi-weekly, that's it. No more. No less. So, they apparently do not care about their customers needs and requests - they are going to take care of YOUR lawn, they way THEY want to. I call this MO, BAIT & SWITCH!
