Lens.com has a website that's very easy to navigate, which makes finding the right contacts easy. Not only this, but they tend to have amazing offers on just about any, and every type of contact.
Once you order, if you can't upload a prescription yourself, they take it upon themselves to contact your eye doctor and verify if. I was impressed with how quickly they do this. Your contacts are delivered to you impressively quick, and that was important to me.
Overall, they definitely deserve a 10/10!
I had went to another site because it was a tad cheaper but I regret that. They lied that I didn't submit my prescription correctly. So after dealing with them I went to Lens.com. I have ordered from them years ago. I submitted my order on a Tuesday and had my contacts in the same week. I didn't get a bunch of hoopla from them. On their website they said if they have any issues they will call the doctor. That's great!
Lens.com stayed in communication with me and followed up to make sure I received my order. When I thought it hadn't come, they were prompt in creating a ticket. Thank you!

The price was $40 a box cheaper than my eye doctor. The order was extremely easy to place. So far so good. I will DEFINITELY continue shopping through this company!

I looked at multiple other sites to buy my contacts at and lens.com was cheaper than 4 other sites I looked at. Every other site was at least $30+ more for my biofinity toric lenses. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to get to Vancouver, Canada but I hadn't received it yet so I contacted customer service. They replied right away and sent me new ones at no cost. Exceptional customer service and cheaper than all the other sites I've been to. Will definitely be buying my contacts from here from now on!

I've ordering contacts from here for over 5 years. One time I had a problem and they resolved it. I became a loyal customer because of how they handled the situation. It's a great place to buy contacts because they have so competitive prices and also customer service is always willing to help you.
My mind is always blown by how quickly this site can ship things sometimes! Last time I swear got my contacts within a couple days of ordering, which was great. It's also very easy to add your prescription or re-order your usual order. 10/10 you guys rule!

I needed an extra set of contacts. Was able to order these on line from Lens.com at a reasonable price. I received the correct contact lenses in 2 or 3 days in good shape. Happy with my experience.
Great service, fast, reliable. Rebate process is difficult for busy professionals. If I don't calendar date rebate is available I miss it since you can't print the forms when you order. Basically it's like bait and switch bc you are expecting to get the rebate but you have a window to log in to get the rebate. I don't remember having to login for a rebate in the past so this change is a fail in my opinion.

The representative was helpful in explaining the charges. All this being said, I am very disappointed with the $50 VISA offers you make for placing orders. I placed an order for lens in November 2021 and have not received my VISA card. The representative said everything at Lens is slow because of COVID. On 3/10/22 she said I should receive it the end of this month. Hopefully, she's right.

I was a little worried about using lens.com as some of the reviews were not entirely favorable. They must have changed the way they do business, because I had no issues. My order was easy to place. I saw what I was paying before I finalized the order, and I didn't have to request any sort of rebate. The prices were the best I could find anywhere online. My contacts arrived quickly, and they were exactly what I ordered. Great experience as of December 2022.
I ordered contacts over a month ago and yet they say it will still be another month before they are even shipped. But they claim to have over 30 million contacts. They false claim and don't have 30 million anything. Its more like they order when you order. Try anybody else first before this lens.com nonsense. You'll be blind all year waiting on this unprofessional company.
Don't EVER order from Lens.com. First of all they have this rebate program which requires you to cut the boxes apart and takes between 3 and 12 months to receive (what a hassle.) Secondly, they sent me the wrong prescription and because the boxes were cut (for the rebate program) they will not accept them and replace them with my correct lenses. I'm so over it - time to find a new supplier (other places are cheaper anyway.) Avoid this company!😡
