The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Good information concerning loans and mortgage rates
I didn't consent to getting calls from lenders, I solely wanted to see what it'd look like for savings.
The numbers are there you should be able to supply a rate. Complete waste of time know I can look forward to endless texts; emaials and calls. Good thing all of my info was bull$#*!, and your company is going to send your business partners off to annoy people saying hi this is blank from blank, and they will think $#*! blank. Your service is useless and based on manipulation selling info to your business partners provided to you freely by someone who thinks at least they will get some rough numbers in order to make a hard life changing decision. But no, they get sold to professional manipulators. Your service sucks and $#*! YOU!
Why does these things always have to be a sales pitch. Why can't you just show the rates no matter who is asking?
A gentleman called me from Lending Tree and informed me I could put my son's name on title! So I don't need to refinance!
Haven't even finished and my phone started ringing off the hook.
No rates shown after claiming it was going to find rates, asked for my contact information I'm sure to pass it on what a garbage website
Well I don't like how much they charge for refincing. When you need to get help and you pay more for the paper work! It could be a flat fee when most are refinceing to get help, most senders tru to get ahead some.
The experience is great but all zIm getting is more frustrated at the process I should easily have had my home taken care of by now! For the longest time, nobody would talk to me, or take my call!
Yes my quick message is yes it is a 5 that is all but i want you all to help me fix up my house so i can live in it and pay my rent down there in lambert ms ******* help me out to get it fix up it need a lot off work done on it so i can live it and be good help me please to get that done i need my house
Email only until an actual rate is shown. No phone calls details why after an email.
So you gave me a list of lenders. Not any other information. So i get to call and get with each one? Not exactly my idea of helping.
You are $#*!ing scamers. After filled everything did not get any loan deals and just give me a phone number to call. So $#*! you
Well this was a quick response. Hope the rest goes well
I'd like a list of rates with the company names...
Great info on saving, not sure if it will work out because of the new federal tax code. Thank you
Immediately bombarded with calls and texts from numerous companies.
Was just researching information whereas, my partner is still employed however, I recently lost my job at the beginning of the refi process. With the equity in our home steadily increasing in Cape Coral, Im trying to obtain information/requirements to see if he alone would qualify for refi?
It was fine but I never seem to get confirmation that my prize is conformed
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
