The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

You asked for my personal information after advertising a 2.5% rate and then you don't even tell me which business will actually offer that instead you expect me to call these businesses that's s***** busines
People are letting go or just such great people and I would just love to get to know them even better when I get the house of my dreams that I want thank you lendgo!
You show more interest in me. I am graceful! Hoping the start very well and I will beable fix my home paid bill off.
You said compare rates. Never requested solicitation.
You are phonies!
Not interested!
Don't sell my name!
Until i know if you can help, i do not know how good this service is
I was looking for the government stimulus which was mentioned as up to $350.per month. I have 2.5% 30 year loan already.
I really don't appreciate having my phone start ringing the minute I've finished providing my information. I was just checking out my options. You need a question like are you ready to talk to someone now? Irritating.
The entire process is misleading
The original promise was to le me know if I wualify for the government deduction of 350. Instead you gave my information to third parties - like SELLING mailiing lists
Very Deceptive Practice Declare UPFRONT that you are trying to find refinance agents and be done with it
Pretty bad. I don't want 20 phone calls. I want an offer or at least a list of rates. What's the point of using the internet if you are going to call me.
So far been really easy up front see how good it is later on..
Quick and easy no fuss no muss I don't know but good decision
The email says to click and see lower payment/rate, but it's only a list of lenders. There is no rate without contacting each lender
I got nonstop calls for 5 minutes after applying. Just wanted to communicate via email
Good morning team Lendgo! If this is true about the 0% on closing costs to refinance. I only owe 50,000 on the property.
Before it even finished processing, my phone was ringing. I don't have time to talk to talk to 20 different lenders. It should show the possible interest rates so I could decide if it is even worth calling a lender. I don't want to waste my time, or their time, if the rates are higher than I have now.
All the information required and still no rates shown. Seems like a scam.
We have been in an apartment too long. Plus see our money per rent go toward a house payment.
Appear all this site is a come on... just collects information
Provides no useful results
I want to know rates without having banks call me. Is that so hard?
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
