The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I wanted to see potential rates, not receive calls about mortgages. Scam.
I have more than 10 years of experience for business management
So far okay but I need to see an interest rate of monies for an equity loan!
Give me the information. Don't send my information to a gazillion lenders who will now be spamming my phone number.
I didn't give permission to share my info with lenders, i purpose was to check the mortgage rate. Which i didn't get at the end.
We respect your your large offer to give us a large discount on
Our home mortgage. Thank you. Lowell E Burk
Quick, reliable service and I thank you very much.
I feel a bit scammed. I had to provide my contact info. I am already getting bombarded by solicitation!
Meh. Nothing bad, nothing great. Just a lot of fishing.
Don't know. Haven't done anything yet. When I read some offers i'll let you know.
If this is a 15 yr loan I'm not interested. I only want a 30 yr loan.
Your add draws you in by indicating I will know right away if I qualify, but I only get slammed with emails and phone calls. I don't know how to tell which company is the best, and whether I will qualify in the first part. Financing in general, to me, is quite the process, so getting an idea whether I will qualify first would help me more, with a list of names and rates. Even so, I seriously appreciate your Company for helping to initiate the process. And, thank you for asking!
Disappointed. Doesn't give the info. Just tries to get the personal info
I appreciate the information and the curious conversation very polite and understanding
Disappointing do the use of words & there true use.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
