The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I don't like giving personal information. Too many hackers. I checked with my congressmen who said this is NOT a government program
I just wanted to enter publishers clearing house. Today
Never ever advertize you are going to show rates when you only pass on the information
Very easy to get matched up with a lender and was so fast too.
Easy and affordable. I wanted to see if I qualify for the 1.75% rate.
I wanted an a close to accurate calculator based on my location and current home loan. Not to just be referred to Lenders that I could of reached out to on my own without having to enter all my information... frustrating you can't do anythign without giving away your address, your email and name... Just trying to research privately, not get my information spread out to the world without me know where to...
Was directed to the website because it was advertising specific rates. After completing the data entry fields, the rates were not displayed and only one lender was shown.
Please mail me information. Do not want a bunch of calls
There was no indication you were going to give my information to anyone, and you clearly have. I expected you to provide lending information, not sell me like a whore.
This is a piece of $#*! service!

You claim to inform us about a program will "payoff" our mortgage and just make referrals to lenders. Glad I gave fake information!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
