What a nightmare! I placed an order on the 19th of Jan and then received a request for more information. I called in with the information and was told that the next steps would take upto thirteen days. When I did not get any updates I called again and spoke with Misty who then transferred me to Keisha. Several things happened then: their internal computer sites are excruciating slow- Keisha put me on hold and then conveniently hung up on me. I called again, spoke with Carl who then transferred me to Lashonna in customer service who had the same slow upload, and then repeated the same request I provided for information 10 days ago! When I explained that I had already provided the information, she started searching and found it, however the previous agent and typed it incorrectly. LaShonna then explained that now that all the information was there (it was already there 10 days ago) she would remove the hold on my order and it would take a further 14 days to process. I felt this was an undue delay due to Legalzoom's incompetence, but apart from an apology LaShonna was unable to expedite the application despite internal messages to her supervisor. I also realized that although I was entitled to a 14 day trial of Business Advantage, these were inacessible previously,because their website was down and they conveneniently charged my credit card an additional amount for this access on Feb 1st. This company lacks integrity and I do not recommend working with them. Apparently to cancel the additional charges, you have to call them. I am concerned based on their performance to date that despite one called in a cancellation, they will not enact it and it will require several efforts to get this done.
Consistently horrible customer service! They have had so many opportunities to get this right that I feel like I'm in the Twilite Zone. It cannot be possible, in this day and age, to be this awful at CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't know who or how this company does it's training and hiring, but whatever they're doing is not working. Where are they recruiting these people from? I've spoken to 9 different representatives about the same two companies. Not only does every single person tell me something different, 8 out of the 9 were rude and obnoxious. I simply want to be refunded for the registered agent fee for companies that were dissolved. Representative #7(Ronnie ID: 8311) claimed he issued one refund and would email me, which never happened. When I followed up, representative #8 actually issued the refund, so I thought, but never cancelled the order. He cancelled my order from 2014! What?!?!?! Representative number 9 said Rep 8 didn't issue it correctly and it never went through. I have a different credit card than when placed my initial order in 2014, so am now told i have to wait 4 - 8 weeks for a check that they refuse to issue anyway. Not only that, after two months and 9 representatives, i have to wait all this time for them to still keep making mistakes. This place is more like a holding company for my money and a stress inducer. They've not provided any services. How can one company have service reps that all give different answers and procedures? How can an entire company be this clueless? One company's policies should be uniform, it shouldn't matter who I speak to. I used another similar company for my clients, and while they were more expensive, the customer service alone was worth the price difference. Representative #9 is the only decent representative they had, yet he still could not correct the mistakes of the other representative and i have to wait for a check in the mail because they refunded the wrong transaction. This place is a joke. I can't believe they're still in business! I'm going to the Better Business Bureau regarding this company. I still have no idea what's going to happen with my refund because i can't get straight answers from anyone and I have no faith in what anyone from this company tells me!

Legal zoom submitted the wrong information/address when filing to the state.
I am not sure how can they file an entity with an address and city which was not even existing.

Got a call from the Legal zoom representative saying that the city name filed is incorrect and a typo. Need to re file for the address change / statement of information.
When I asked more details about the delay and asking why they cant deliver as I pay for the express Gold package, they said Manager / escalations will call.

We had 30 min of conversation, After multiple attempts of explaining the inconvenience and the loss that is caused for me because of the mistake happened from their end, All she saying is we did a mistake. Human mistakes can happen. So we are filing for the address change. (Statement of Information). We can not give any refund or can not do anything to please.
And surprisingly the team did not even find out there is a mistake / typo in the street name till now. When she tried to read the address one more time as a final check before filing with State, she mis spelt the street name and she acknowledges that is how it was filed and did not even find this even till now.
1. I don't know when all these issues will be corrected and everything will be in place to start the business planned. And I still need to pay Franchise tax.
2. I am loosing my potential customer and thus the financial loss because of this uncertainty.
3. I am paying for an Express Gold package ( 7 to 10 business days delivery) but I am not getting the product as promised on the website by legalzoom.
4. Not sure what other implications we need to go through in future. Filing taxes or any other extra paper work etc.
When asked about 7 to 10 business days, she says we put a statement expect delays from State. But this is not a delay from State this delay is happening because of the mistake from legal zoom.
It's a question about trust and credibility - when Legal zoom is not offering as advertised in writing on the website.
This is our attempt to start a business for the first time. As a beginner in this game, we dont have the luxury to spend time and money on any extra and unexpected. I believe Legalzoom will take this accountability and encourage us help to have a smooth ride.
I am very much surprised Legalzoom being a reputed company does not have a validity check for the existing / correct address. These days very small companies websites even does this when enter wrong info and will immediately throw an error.
