I am looking to evict a lady, who rents a room from me. I notified her verbally and by letter that I want her to stop smoking in her room. I set up an area in the garage for her with a couple of chairs etc. It went okay one day. Then she went back to smoking in her room again.

Visited LegalTemplates to get a quick for. Many sites will let you draft a document only to want to charge you at the end to gain access to it. What a waste of time not being up front. I had been browsing for sometime to look at the sample purchase agreement. Many sites out there offer forms that you can fill and customize only to realize at the end you have to provide your e-mail and either subscribe or pay high onetime fee. These sites basically waste your time and don't even offer a preview of full form, but they will collect your email and perhaps sell it. On the other hand, 'LEGALTEMPLATES.NET' lets you see the entire form and download w/o any strings attached. They also explain each section in detail so you can decide what information is relevant to your transaction. Truly happy I found this site and highly recommend it for those infrquent users who need a simple legal form w/o subscription.

Form easy to navigate until you get to the printing part. Last August I was in town and decided to swing by hunting property knowing my nephew had moved off property. I found a Howard Bower had move a camper on the property without permission. I told he would have to vacated the property. He told me he could get someone to help him get his camper off the property. I have now confronted him personally in December of 2022, again in March 2023. Each time he told me he needed his buddy to come move it for him even there is a fairly new pickup sitting there. On 6/08/2023 I went to the property to check and he will still there. My nephew has also been there multiple times and told him to vacate the property.
