I wanted to test out a few different legal document services for my first lease. I just bought my first house and was short on cash as it was so the free trial was a great way to set up my first lease for a friend. When it slipped my mind and I forgot to cancel, I thought for sure I'd lost out on $40 (means a lot in your 20's!) Benjamin was super helpful and saved the day. I will definately be returning here for all future document needs. A+ customer service attitude

I submitted a question online and thought I had to wait more than a day for my question to be answered, I had an instant reply within minutes. Later I had a question about my account and again Danny responded right away. Two thumbs up!
The refund process was simple and straightforward. Danny was a great help. All I needed to give was my email and last 4 digits of my credit card, and the refund was taken care of via chat. It's nice not to have to stay on the phone and on hold.

I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the monthly fee, but they are graciously refunding that money- and even that process was easy. Their customer service people, specifically Danny U, were kind and prompt in meeting my needs. I would recommend LegalTemplates to any amateur seeking reliable legal advice.
The person I spoke with was understanding, explained everything I needed to know on the cancellation along with email I would receive. If I ever need this service I will use you thanks to your agents and how helpful and friendly they are!

I purchased a template, then they continued to bill me a monthly fee of $39.99. It me 3 months before I realized it (which is my oversight), however, they refused to reimburse me, even, though I had not used their service during that time.
If you are going to use this one time, only purchasing a template, shop elsewhere, they are not ethical in their billing practices.
Benjamin quickly identified my reason for this call regarding a cancellation of policy prior to the end of trial date that did not process completely and correctly. During the call Benjamin was efficient & courteous. I would like to thank him for Excellent Customer Service.

When I entered the info and then could not get the form I inquired how to get it through the chat, the answer was "Enter the information".
Here was a 'follow up' email I received... talk about condescending.

We do not collect personal information, it is not our interest, you asked how to create a form and we explained that you would need to enter the information which is how you create the form online, if you would have asked something like how do I download then it would have been a different story, having a bad review by you does not affect us at all, since our customers who actually do know how to ask the correct questions instead of getting angry for no reason, understand how we work.

I emailed about my billing difficulties and their customer service department got back to me so quickly! Not to mention their live chat is super helpful and the site is easy to use!
I found the available legal templates on this site to be quite helpful. I live in North Carolina, where Civil laws can be tricky. The templates available for both the civil process and the NC Tenant and Landlord Agreements were not only useful, but in accordance with our state guidelines. The actual documents compiled through this site, were very professional, and had the correct legal jargon upon them. When I did run into a concern, Benjamin in Customer Service was not only very kind, friendly and professional, but assisted me immediately and resolved my issues on the spot. I would definitely recommend to any personal or professional entity, and would use this service again when needed.
