I was surprised at how very, very comfortable the mattress is. It conformed beautifully to my body. In fact, the first night, I experienced no hip pain when I turned over. (Doesn't say much about my previous mattress.) It's kind of silly, but I can't wait to go to bed at night. The mattress is heavy and without handles, so it took me a half hour of manuvering to get it on the bed frame.
Mattresses arrived on schedule in boxes. Perfect option for a tiny staircase in a lake camp. Opened mattresses up and let them poof up. Look great. Haven't slept on them yet but excited for summer nights at the camp. Thank you for a reasonably priced and easily moveable mattress option!

We're sleeping better on this mattress than our previous Leesa mattress, but the frame is subpar. It has been creaking and sounds like I weight 400 pounds. I weight 150 mind you.
I placed an order and waited for shipping information. I received an email from Sitejabber asking me to verify receipt of my order prior to receipt of shipping information. I went to Leesa's website to check my order. The website isn't set up to allow tracking of existing orders but I was able to email customer service. Received prompt response. Facility had been damaged by tornado, shipping is delayed, should ship in a bit. Delay is understandable. All is okay. It might have been nice to get an email blast about the problem.
I received several emails trying to sell me a Leesa mattress after I bought one and before it had shipped. This had the effect of making it seem like Leesa was not acknowledging my order.
After that mildly disturbing period, all was well when the mattress arrived. It is beautiful, and I love that it was made in the USA and did not come with excessive packaging.
Easy and straightforward to use, in terms of ordering. A couple of days later, we received a shipping notice with a projected delivery date. When the date came, all that arrived was the free pillows that come with the mattress. I called Leesa to inquire about the status of the mattress, and they were quick to explain that it was shipped separately, and gave me an anticipated delivery date for that for 5-7 days later. While we are okay with that, it would have been helpful for this to be explained clearly in the original shipping notice.
Great product poor communication; I ordered a mattress protector but never received any email updates and the shop website didn't even indicate it had been shipped and then low and behold it showed in the pouring rain in a cardboard box-saved by the plastic it was wrapped in. A quick wash and it was ready to go when my new Sapira hybrid arrived. Fits perfectly!
Pillow and mattress were on 2 different shipments and wasn't made aware until I called. Wish this was made more apparent in the online order up front. You get a shipping notice for the pillows thinking that's when the mattress will be delivered too since you didn't get a notification for the mattress. But that wasn't the case. This makes timing for when to remove you old mattress and put the new mattress on your bed frame difficult to plan accordingly.
I am really enjoying the mattress. I sleep pretty well prior to purchasing it,but I was looking for a mattress for a little extra support. I also sleep hot so that was a selling point. I find that I still sweat a lot though (bought cooling sheets and pillows to counter this) and the mattress is a little more firm that I would have preferred, but otherwise I enjoy this purchase very much!
I bought my Leesa mattress with about a week and a half to spare before a friend was coming into town. When I pushed "buy" it said to download Shop to see when my package would arrive. Shop didn't display that information, and didn't even display a notification that the eta of the mattress wasn't yet known. I had to reach out to customer service, who was not helpful in giving me insight.
After a few days, I got a notification from Leesa saying there was warehouse delays getting the mattress to FedEx to ship, but still no estimate as to when the mattress would arrive.
The important thing is that the mattress came in time, but the zero visibility into the problem was really frustrating and I had to be a proactive customer in order to know all that. Would've rather been told up front!
I got my new Leesa Legend hybrid mattress today. I am very impressed with the quality and initial impressions. I was worried a bit about odor but there is none to speak of, and the mattress finish and fabric is very high in quality. I chose to have the white glove delivery and setup service. The guys had some problems putting the foundation together; initially they told me it wouldn't work in my bed frame. Thankfully I had done my homework and was able to help them figure it out. Still, it should have been easier.
I'm very glad with my order of my "Leesa" bed. I absolutely love this mattress! It has provided the firm support that i was looking for and dreaming of. I had no issues or concerns with customer service. Friendly and polite and staff. I'll definitely buy again and again!
The process for purchasing my Leesa Legend Hybrid was so easy. And when I had a question, someone responded within minutes. The mattress was delivered a day ahead of schedule, and the mattress was easy to setup with the help of my wife. I'm very happy.
We love our new Leesa Sapira Hybrid mattress and pillows! The items were easy to order, though it wasn't completely clear to us whether we needed a foundation or not. We do wish there had been a delivery service with setup and removal of the old mattress. The mattress is extremely heavy and difficult to move up steps. But now that it is in place, it is so comfortable and has alleviated all of our aches and pains!
I inquired at customer service prior to purchase about how long it would take between ordering and delivery. The woman on the chat line said earliest delivery would be 8 days.
The reason that I needed to plan is that I'm buying a new house and the mattress should arrive no sooner than moving day. I ordered exactly 8 days out, and holy cow! I received my update that the new Sapira hybrid is arriving too soon! I panicked as I couldn't get in the house sooner than closing and couldn't risk that it would sit on the front step.
Anthony with customer service saved my life, huge kudos! I could not make any headway with FedEx, and so Anthony did it for me! He got me a vacation hold until exactly the right day.
And my mattress arrives so that we could sleep in it that first night.
