Spent ages reading reviews and doing research. The previous mattress I purchased from Amazon was affordable but not really comfortable and left me drenched with sweat in the morning. The Leesa mattress came highly recommended from a couple different reliable sources and I felt pretty great about the price since I was buying it during a holiday sale. It's still astonishing to me that I sleep so soundly. Every night when I get into bed I wonder why I don't spend more time in bed since it's the most comfortable place in the house. I've sung the praises of this mattress to anyone who complains about their sleep issues or who is looking for a new mattress. Stop searching and start having great nights of sleep!

The first mattress I received was a little short in length due to it being handmade. Called Leesa and they sent a replacement out and picked the first one up with no problem. Awesome customer service. Thanks

My Leesa mattress has been providing wonderful, comfortable sleeping for about a year now. I am more than pleased with service and more importantly the quality and comfort of my bed! Two weeks ago I even recommended it to my daughter and she loves her new mattress from Leesa!,

Working with Leesa was a nightmare. I believe they were going through a merger, so perhaps their customer service was temporarily affected. My return request wasn't processed for months, and I had to follow up with them at least four times. Very disappointed.

I was conservative about giving the mattress plenty of time, and did go ahead with a mattress frame. After using the mattress for over 4 months, my wife and I are very satisfied with all aspects of both the order the the product. Would recommend it to anyone.

I have had back issues most of my adult life (I am 72 now)! I didn't realize that the problem was my mattress. I realize how great my Leesa mattress is every time I sleep on an other mattress and (always) wake up with a back ache! Come on everybody; get a Leesa mattress!

My husband sleeps on his back and I'm a side sleeper so we had difficulty appeasing both of us. The Sapira mattress is fairly good, I could probably use a bit more cushion. What has been most appreciated is that when my husband gets in and out of bed, the bed doesn't shake and wake me up.
Originally I opted for Leesa set up service, when I realized they wouldn't actually bring the mattress, I hired someone privately because the mattress was left outside on the sidewalk and there was no way we could bring that in.

My first experience buying a mattress online. Finding a model in a store that I could test out required time & driving to store a hour away from me. Unwrapping this mattress required 2 people, strength & wiggle room. I have allergies and need to encase my mattress. It was quite tricky trying to get a floppy mattress into encasement sack. The mattress is comfortable for us - both average size adults. My partner's moving around doesn't transfer too much jiggle to me. It doesn't get super hot as I sleep. However, the encasement doesn't fit tight which makes for wrinkles under me. The floppiness of the mattress makes it really difficult to get bedding tucked under.

When you were here before, couldn't look you in the eye. You're just like an angel. Your skin makes me cry. You float like a feather in a beautiful world. I wish I was special. You're so f*cking special, but I'm asleep. I'm a weirdo. What the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here.

The very first night sleeping on my new mattress I had the best sleep ever!

Everything was delivered very quickly and I got status updates for each piece as it shipped. Everything was as expected and we are very happy with our purchase! The bed took a little bit of effort to assemble but not too bad at all!

I'd like to have a word. I slept like a nestled bird. If dreams were gold I made it last. Slept the night away thinking of good times past.

Bought to replace a 9 year inner spring mattress because of back ache. Wish I hadn't waited so long. No more morning back pain and as someone who sleeps on my sides and stomach I am comfortable in any position. Also, the mattress went on sale shortly after my purchase and customer service was great about refunding the difference.

We were looking forward to our second Leesa for a different home, and when delivery was delayed we thought maybe Leesa service had declined. Until we found that the factory had been struck by a tornado! We contacted Bethany in customer service, who explained, and we ended up getting the mattress a little sooner than originally expected!

The process of selecting a mattress was simple and quick. We also used the Bread finance option. Much quicker than visiting a furniture store. Can't wait to try the new mattress.
Update: 4/9/2023 received the mattress a few days after ordering it and about a day later the pillows arrived. Have used the mattress for a few days now and I've noticed a tremendous difference with my sleeping experience neck and back pains are slowly going away.

We're sleeping better on this mattress than our previous Leesa mattress, but the frame is subpar. It has been creaking and sounds like I weight 400 pounds. I weight 150 mind you.

Loved our mattresses when we got them, and still love them a year later. All of our guests have commented about the comfort of the queen-sized guest room bed. We bought it first to try it out before buying the king-sized mattress for our bedroom.

This is the third Leesa mattress we have purchased. From night one on our first Original mattress, we had a feeling we found our go-to mattress company. After a week of solid sleep, we knew. And still sleeping well after 5 years! We have since purchased two more. Another Original type for our son and the latest is a Youth Mattress for our daughter. She has not slept better in years.

We are generally side sleepers, and I also tend to run hot, but have found our mattress quite comfortable. We are also impressed with the company's generosity in donating a mattress to those in need for every 10 sold.

Communication and delivery from Leesa could not be better. And setup has been easy and fun for each mattress. Just follow their tips for the best way to do things, and you'll be pleased with the results. Happy sleeping!

I have been sleeping so much better since the day I got our Leesa mattress. I was waking up daily with pain on my left back and a couple days after sleeping on our new mattress it went away. I recommend Leesa to my close friends looking for a new bed.
