It's very comfortable for me. Not too fluffy or too firm. Just perfect. The only bad thing was that it took 2 more days to be delivered - maybe because I added the mattress protector too.

I'm a 4"9" 74 year old woman. The mattress and foundation were delivered to my front door. I pushed both to my bedroom and in 15 minutes it was ready to sleep on.
We also love the free pillows,, i called Leesa talked to a very nice lady( Kaitlin) she was very helpful told her how we loved the free pillows and wanted to buy king size just like them but ya'll only have the standard>>>>>> Darn! We have multiple Leesa beds and love them. Bought a foundation for one of them this time. It got lost in shipping and Leesa worked expediently to get us our package the day after it was lost
It was super easy to place the order. I received regular emails from Leesa about delivery. I signed up for FedEx updates and knew when the order was arriving.

Leesa and FedEx couldn't seem to agree on who had cancelled or been unable to deliver my package. Neither then seemed to know that it had actually arrived.

The delivery person left the mattress and pillows in the driveway, which is not close to the front door. The box is VERY heavy and it was difficult to get it to the door and into the house.
