Don't waste your money. Bought dental device that cracked within six months. Cheap plastic. Poor customer service. They don't honor warranties. Beware!

I purchased LED flex pads, but when the flex pads did not work anymore, they claim that I bent them. They should "flex" if you're using them on your elbows or your ankles or your wrists, correct? Also, the chargers are cheap and conked out immediately. I had to purchase new chargers. Plus, the so-called copper wiring...they paint the copper on. Do not buy this product. Customer Service is not good.

BUYER BEWARE - This company does not stand behind their products. You can't tell if a product works until you use it, but once you use it, they won't take a return. If you think it's defective, you can pay to ship it to them and when they say no it's not defective, you can pay to have it shipped back to you. Make sense? Nope. This company is shady, so be very careful before you purchase, read the "return and warranty" statements and understand they really don't have returns or warranty processes that support their customers – just empty words. Please spread the word about this company and don't buy their products if you're not prepared to simply burn money if you have an issue.
