Terrible company

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my bras. Like all the other reviewers, items purchased and paid. After 2 months unable to contact them re non delivery of order. They could not have picked a better name. Lazy is correct

Worst communication ever. Item received was not as described. One of the items had a hole in it. Have been sending emails for a month now and just getting the run around from them. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered one (1) item from this company and it appears that they are dealing with a company by the name of Storm Media Limited. I ordered another product and both were paid through PayPal and the items are cheaply made and of poor quality. I am in the process of requesting a refund through PayPal. Just be aware when dealing with this company called Storm Media Limited as it appears the items are coming out of China. What a waste of time and money!

Twice I was stupid enough to order from this company. The merchandise comes from China and is the worse product every. There sizing is for little people and you can't communicate with them. Please do not buy from this company it is a scam and shoddy company and makes me question other companies I have seen on Facebook. I have lost all faith in facebook advertisements.

Been 37 days today, and still no product. Company stopped responding on March 11th. No refund has been issued. The tracking number is not legit and will not pull from any carrier.

Like everyone else I pId for an item in January and did not receive in recommended time. I chased and got the standard message asking me to contact again if not heard anything in 2 days. I have contacted again twice and received no response but I continue to get a barrage of sales emails.
There is so little to go on, contact wise, so need to just stop people sending them money.

Worst bras I EVER had. Three years ago I bought 7 bras (discount). I believe in getting my money's worth, but in four years I'm going to toss them ALL! The better bras are at Walmart or JC Penny. Cheaper too.

This was an ad on Facebook - worst experience ever ordering from any company!-tracking numbers do not work- cancelled order & still show up after 21/2 months
I got items that were horrible quality- I can't imagine trying to return anything since they do not respond to, emails - what a waste of time & money!

Complete scam
January 31, 2019

Complete scam. Avoid. I'm in the process of seeing through a PayPal resolution centre request for a refund of $26 USD and £10.15 return shipping back to Hong Kong. Two pairs of disgusting leggings have been returned to sender, nothing like the ad on FB at all. Thank goodness PayPal are standing over it, but if you look at the FB reviews, I'm in the minority, they haven't helped everyone. Time they stopped allowing Lazy Lullaby to use their services!

I purchased bras from this company. After waiting 5 weeks for my order it came and did not even come close to fitting. I used their size chart and the bras were so small when I finally got them. The only way to communicate with them is e mail, so I e mailed them requesting a exchange and they said so sorry but no refunds or exchanges

RUBBISH!

I agree with all the reviews posted here (Feb-19). My order is still outstanding. I was provided with a tracking number that does not work. No-one responds to my emails. I'm trying to get my order cancelled. I'm trying to get my money refunded. It's a complete joke. This company should be banned from trading with UK customers.

I am tired of going back and forth with this company, Lazy Lullaby, but rest assured, I will publish my dissatisfaction every opportunity I get. Ignoring me until the time frame had lapsed, makes it easier to justify your position, but it doesn't make it right. Ripping off hard-working customers is just wrong. Now that your pockets are lined with ill-gained money, does it help you sleep better at night? I hope your company's success is based on your policies as that is exactly what you deserve. My advice to Lazy Lullaby: Save your money and order from a company that listens as this one is stone deaf. If you feel like throwing money away, throw it out your car window as you have a better chance in making a dent than dealing with this one. Lazy Lullaby needs to be in the same running as the Titantic or Hindenburg, down the tube and forever gone.

Coffee mug warmer

I bought the coffee mug warmer as it was a flat surface. I purchased in the middle of December and I finally received it on March 22nd. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER SELLER! 10 weeks later & they still have not sent me 5 out of the 6 items I ordered, & the 1 item they sent is not as they described it in their website! They don't answer your queries of where the rest of your item are & doesn't want to send their return postal address if you want to return an item which clearly is not the right size as they described on their website. Very bad customer service as well!

I have been back and forth with this company since December. I received tracking numbers that didn't work, and after an initial email from their customer service asking me to be patient because of the item's popularity I have received no communication at all - and I reached out many times. I have since filed a case with Pay Pal and the after appealing twice, my case has been denied because "The seller was able to provide tracking information that showed the item as Delivered." Well, that's nice and all but it certainly wasn't delivered to me. Don't order from them. I may have paid the price to the tune of $80 but I don't anyone else to get scammed the way I did. (I'm also NOT impressed with the Pay Pal appeal system, but that's something for another day).
