I only placed one order, but it was shipped promptly. Also, their prices were much better than anyplace else I looked.

That being said, their server sent me an error message by email that made me wonder if my order had been received, and when I called the company, no one answered the phone, neither did anyone return my emails.

I wish I could give them five stars because of their great prices, the fact that they had every part I needed, and their excellent shipping. But because I wonder how helpful this company would be in the case of a problem (seeing as how they don't answer the phone or respond to emails), I'm knocking it down to three.

I run a lawn care business and have multiple mowers all with different sized decks. I was trying to find the best place to buy blades and they had all of the ones I needed at a good price. I ended up ordering 6 sets of 3, totaling 18 blades for like $230. They arrived promptly, only I did not recieve all 18. I was only supplied with 5 sets, or 15 blades. I have tried multiple times to reach them, and have gotten ZERO response back. Might as well have flushed $50 down the toilet instead. If they would respond and give me a refund for the blades I am missing or send me the rest I would give them 5 stars.
