I can't seem to print the living trust. Also I ordered the full package and can't print those either. In fact, I cannot find them.
I haven't printed on the contract yet or negotiated the details but my initial impression from filling out The first draft is quite good.

Good except won't let me go back to make a correction
Signed up for the free trial to get a little insight into subletting contracts. Completed Credit Card details to access the Free Trial. Most ethical companies now will send out a reminder email to let you know that the free trial is finishing. Did not use the service again and have paid 6 months of subscriptions.
Requested refund for unused subscription and was told they do not offer refunds.
Let potential customers know that the trial is finishing. Must be making a large percentage of their profit off those who forget to unsubscribe. If you sign for the free trial mark it in your calendar, set yourself a reminder because this unethical company won't be getting in touch again once they've got your credit card details.
Avoid dealing with a company who fails to inform you when the free trial period is coming to an end.

I am sorry if you feel that way. Our records show you signed up for a seven-day Free Trial Subscription on January 31,2023, 08:54 PM AET. As stated on the site, it renews for a monthly fee of 39.00 AUD after the Free Trial expires. We require a cancellation within seven days of the Free Trial to avoid renewal and charges. We have posted this information twice on the site. An email confirmation of your purchase was sent to the email address you registered after you submitted your order that includes the renewal date and time and the process to cancel. It says, "Your subscription automatically renews in one week on February 7,2023, 08:54 PM AET for $39/month. You can always change your subscription options or cancel your trial before it renews by visiting your Account Page." Your receipt also shows those details. We do not send out email reminders as you are well informed of what you signed up for. When you decided to click "Submit" on the order page, you agreed to the Terms of Use.
You only canceled your subscription on June 25,2023. Since you left your subscription active and canceled it five months later after your Free Trial for one week expired, therefore, the charges on your card. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided as of this time. A. Free Trial Refund Policy: The terms and conditions of the offer will govern any free trials. LawDepot® has no obligation to refund for free trials properly converted to paid product access.

Used their forms and free trial a couple years ago. Cancelled after the free trial. A year later, they started charging my credit card $35 / month. Took me about 6 mos to notice it (yep, my bad there). There is no way to get the money refunded. There was no notification when they started charging. The cost of a sub on the website is $8.99/month. I have contacted them and they will not explain the $35 charge. Had to re-cancel my subscription and change my credit card.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I used the free trial for one written up contract, immediately cancelled and didn't use it again after. Upon recently checking my bank statement, I realized I got charged a ridiculous $35 one week later for a product I was under the impression was cancelled. Their customer support team said they could not assist me. It appears they are too cash hungry to do the right thing and refund the monthly fee. Do not use this service.

3. Click on the document name to open the file.
4. Click the Print icon to print or the Change Answers icon to edit answers.
