I sold one of my websites with Latona. I had an amazing experience.The broker in charge Adam Beebe was professional and had my interests at heart. Highly recommend Latona.
Terrible. Absolutely will not care for you as a seller or buyer. They take any garbage business and will in turn sell you garbage. No vetting on their end of the seller or the business at all. Listing prices are all over the place, and completely meaningless as the numbers are all fluff/made up from the sellers. As a seller I wouldn't give them my business, and as a buyer I have gotten completely screwed from their unethical business practices.
They knowingly had sold a business, that had a lien on the assets being sold, and did not disclose whatsoever. I have emails from Adam Beebe who was my broker to the seller stating this loan & lien, and still it was kept quiet and did not disclose at all. Of course this is on you as a buyer to perform proper due diligence, but for a broker to go as far to hide something like that just to get a business sold is unethical and terrible business practice.
They will also hound you to make a decision and put pressure even if you start to shy away from an offer.
Do NOT list your business with this company, and absolutely do not make the mistake I did in buying one of their sites.
Adam & Rick provide a valuable service to web-masters. These guys are the best web site brokers in the business!
