Latona's

I've used Latonas now to sell two of my businesses, one of which sold for mid-six figures.

While I dealt mostly with one of the individual brokers on each, I did have initial and follow-up conversations with Rick Latona who is the CEO.

Over all, the company is very well organized and professional in how they handle their clients, both buyers and sellers.

I will certainly use them again.

I was approached several months ago about selling my website, which I'd been thinking about doing anyway. The broker, Ryan Lane, was very informative throughout the process (I hadn't sold a site before), and he walked me through every step of the way. Great guy. Although the sale didn't net me the price I'd originally hoped for, it was still a pleasing outcome. The only thing I wanted more of -- other than money -- was insight into what, exactly was being done on the marketing front. The site sold in three months or so, but it would've been nice to know more about what was going on during that time other than price drops. Still, I'd use Latona's again, including the specific broker I worked with, Ryan.

These guys are fast, efficient, professional and they get the job done.

I received an offer at full price in one week then had the contract signed by week two. Things were very smooth and my sales rep and broker (Salvador and Adam) were extremely responsive.

What says even more about the character of this company and the staff is that even though this particular business was a very small sale, no one ever treated it as less important. Everyone took inquiries and communications seriously and were very responsive at every point. To me this means a lot. I never felt like my deal was less important or de-prioritized despite the fact that I'm sure they had bigger projects on the go.

This was a 5 star experience and I recommend Latona's to everyone.

As new buyers in the digital world, we really weren't certain as to how this whole process worked. We came with a LOT of questions and requests and Eric was nothing short of fantastic making sure that our requests were met and questions were responded to quickly. It was not uncommon for Eric to get back to us, even later in the evening so we could keep moving forward. I recently purchased a website brokered by Adam Beebe. Email contact was always swift, at any moment of the day, as well as in the weekends. I've got nothing bad to say about Adam.

One thing that surprised me though was the lack of processes put in place by Latona's. In particular transfer of website files, domains, and accounts related to the business.

This was the first time purchasing a website like this, but I assumed that's what a brokers for. The seller and I had to do this all by ourselves, which makes me wonder what the benefit of working with a brokerage firm is... They basically just sent emails back and forth between buyer and seller.

If I was the seller it might have been a different story though, and I do realise brokers mainly work for the sellers benefit, which is fair enough.

There are number of places that broker websites, but Latona's is the only one that has "Open Houses" - recorded webinars where the seller gets a chance to describe the website, sales, daily maintenance, etc. In fact, the broker (my broker was Adam Beebe who was very helpful throughout the process) interviews the seller so many common questions get answered. As a buyer, the entire sale from beginning to end went very smoothly. I would highly recommend buying or selling from Latona's.
