They are scammers

Still waiting for my refund like everyone else.
Here some tips to help you get your money back:

If you paid by credit card dispute it with them.

Option 3:
Take them to court through the European Small Claims Procedure. They will help you get your money back.

Booked a Hotel in Las Vegas with this bunch of "unprofessional morons"!
Due to COVID and Uk / US restrictions my flight to Las Vegas was cancelled - I tried emailing /phoning / writing to LM.com to get refund!
Their response was Zero Communication with me?
I wrote to ABTA and explained that Due to restrictions / cancellation I was unable to fly and therefore unable to check in to Hotel!
Bottom line:
Out of £400 LM charged me a cancellation fee of £365?
ABTA did nothing saying that I could go to Ombudsman/ small court and pay £200 with no guarantee that I would win?

What kind of Travel Company is condoned in the UK by ABTA and what kind of immoral scumbags are allowed to conn people out of hard earned money during a Pandemic and get away with it?

Last Minute are a disgraceful organisation and should have their licence removed but they won't be because no one will pursue all the Complaints about their practice and actually get off their pontificating arses and deal with these $#*!bags!

Tried to book a flight with them through a fly search engine as they were the cheapest of all the other agencies. Added in all my info and got to checkout and it turns out they only allow Visa debit cards with no fees. Otherwise there are a whole bunch of fees added to the cost (which you don't see, but the total goes up).

I thought this practice was illegal now but it seems they still try it. I wasn't even trying to pay with Amex, but with Mastercard debit.

Never using them again. Went with a competitor and they did no such thing.

Flights cancelled and told they had my money just needed to be processed, that was over 2 months ago. All they are is con artists that want your money, no customer commitment what so ever

We bought a fully refundable ticket for a premium and cancelled well within the time required. They REFUSE to refund our money, don't reply to requests, They are a fraud. If you get someone on the phone, you get a different answer each time.

When i booked ( airline) with last-minute i was booked flexible ticket
The reason to pay flexible ticket to incase change flight date or to add luggage as well, i called this co after i booked to change date after i received email from him they refused to change date and they refuse a swell to add luggage my advise for any one want book airline with last minute group please dont do
At all really the last-minute group is fraud company this my advise

We booked Three days in Venice Through last minute.com. Over the last 10 years I've used their services many times so booked our flights and hotel accommodation through them for my partners 50th birthday.

The flights were cancelled by Easy Jet so we rang their call centre to get a refund on the holiday. We were told we would need to wait two months to get our money back. I then called Easy Jet who informed me that the card holder (who Were last minute.com) would be refunded within three to five days.

I called last minute.com to make them aware of this and they told me That we still need to wait two months to get our money back and would not confirm how much we would receive although it wasn't our fault.

My partners 50th birthday is only three weeks away and we have no funds to look at alternative arrangements.

I am so angry with Last minute.com. I don't blame the airline or the hotel as there is a pandemic on but I'm absolutely disgusted by Last minute.com. There is no way of complaining as they no longer even take my calls.

This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK

I would give them 0 stars if this option was available

lastminute.com take advantage of Covid19 and make money. My flight was from Lisbon to Manchester has been canceled on 23 April 2020 due to covid 19 but when i asked for refund or voucher. Their lastminute customer service replied me in email that airline never communicate regarding any cancellation so there is no refund or voucher BUT when i ask Brussels airline customer service they told me that your travel agent is misguiding you because we do not send any cancellation confirmation to them as they all can see cancelled flight in their ticketing system. They are travel agent so its their responsibility to sortout this matter with airline. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I send them many emails about to sort-out this matter since many months but there is no reply. I also mention reply from both sides mention below.

I think that your travel agent is misguiding you because we do not send any cancellation confirmation to them as they all can see cancelled flight in their ticketing system. We could have helped you if your ticket was issued with us directly but since we are truly not authorized to intervene in third party's booking therefore I'd request you to please contact your travel agent only. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Still waiting on a full refund for the flights cancelled in May 2020, due to COVID19!

The cost of the flights was £246.55 and the only option to get a refund by cash was to accept £174.30, as the full refund amount was being offered as a voucher and I just wanted the cash back.

I've only received £20 back in cash from my flight and Ryanair have said they have given the rest of the money to lastminute.com, but there saying they haven't and keep telling me to call Ryanair.

Getting passed pillar to post! Never known customer service like that. Their so unprofessional and I haven't a clue how they have got a job, they aren't even botherer and there's no customer care at all!

Trashy scam company.
Booked a ticket before covid for £120. Flight got cancelled. They held the money for 8 months. I had the option to get my cash back this week which was £110 out of £120 which I selected. Out of the £110 that I was supposed to get, I'm only getting £58 back. So not only did they hold my money for 8 months, they also scammed me out of £62. No way to contact them as they hid the number and chat option. Avoid this trash company

Absolute scum bags! I picked the option for free cancellation which obviously charges more! And it does not say anywhere on the website that I will have to pay more money out of my pocket to cancel booking! They refusing to give my £300 back on top they asking me to pay £100 more to cancel my booking! WTH! I want my money back I'm not paying single penny extra this company is a scam!

Disgusting, disgraceful company, won't accept my contact details, booking number, log in etc to check online, send me to phone number where recorded message says they are overwhelmed by calls - hardly surprising!
No refund given on my outgoing flight, changed return flight - now they've cancelled the new one - with no refund for our tickets.
This company doesn't deserve to call itself a travel company!
Don't trust them.

I booked a holiday with them (flight+hotel) for a nice price. I bought the only insurance I could (they didn't have other options). Regarding the Covid-19 situation, I wanted to cancel the trip. They said the insurance doesn't cover that kind of cancellations (which I can understand), but that's not all. The morning after I called them, they sent me an email changing my hotel (from 3 stars to 2, and in a completely different location). The reason for that, apparently, is that the hotel increased their prices. How does it affect me, when I already paid for it?. I called them again and they said they sent me an email (which they didn't) to expain there was going to be a change in the booking. After all, I cannot get a proof about the invisible email, and paid for an hotel that I'm not getting... No solution/explanation. Just feel tricked and stupid for making a purchase with them. Don't make the same mistake.

My 74 year old mother & aunt booked their 6 day holiday to corfu. The (arranged) transfer dropped the off at their hotel at midnight THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. They were stunned & then approached by a pack of wild dogs. Luckily a local saved them, put them up & took them to their home & found them a local apartment for their stay. Hotel had NO info about their stay. We've not been able to contact lastminute.com or to get a refund/ compensation. This could have been an incredibly life threatening situation. Incredible.

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Absolute disgraceful booked accommodation through lastminute and couldnt go. The owners of accommodation refunded my money back to lastminute.com nearly 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to refund it back to me. And judging by the reviews I'm not likely to recieve for quite a while if at all!. I have phoned them numerous times and all I get is you'll just have to wait! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. Now I'm having to go through my bank to try and get it back. We will never use again. I wish I had reviewed this company before I used them lesson learned. EVEN IF THIS IS THE CHEAPEST DO NOT USE NOT WORTH ALL THE STRESS AND HASSLE.

Booked a hotel in Tenerife through the lastminute.com website. The following week I called the hotel to confirm everything was in place only to find they had been closed for 8 months with no reopening date in sight. I tried calling lastminute.com and got an automated message saying they are not taking any calls. I cancelled my booking on their website under their free cancellation policy only to find I am being charged £35 admin fee.

Don't ever use it

Got a package to Greece (accommodation and flight) one day before the trip got an email cancelling the accommodation. I contacted them as I wasn't happy with the hotel replaced. So I gave the hotel alternative and they kept me waiting all day for the confirmation. They never confirmed and I didn't go as I didn't have any accomodation confirmed. Still waiting for refund of over £600. Again when I contact them all I hear is we are dealing with your complaint. It has been 2 weeks and so far no contact whatsoever.
